MemberHi Matt,
Sounds good.
We are working on a fix for 4.0.1
Thanks
Brian
MemberHey,
Thanks for sharing this. That could come handy for more advanced customizations.
I have shared it with the team and we will go over at our next meeting.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk I tested on my site and was unable to reproduce. So it may take a different set of settings or something else to create this.
Do you have any custom coding or snippets that modify the ics output in your theme?
If not does the problem get fixed after following our testing for conflicts guide:
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using Facebook Events.
We do not have a feature to add categories to imported events.
We have a hook you can connect into that could enable you to add a category for all Facebook Events.

If you need something more complex then that I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberBy the way, I don’t get why tickets are not sorted chronologically by default if this is an events-based product that is tied to a calendar event. Seems like that’d be out-of-the-box?
I do not have an answer for that nor do I think anyone does. I think we followed along with WooCommerce and the order products are put in the cart. You are the first person to bring it up in over 18 months on the forum to me at least.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

Having said that this tends to happen if on the first event someone choose the end date as something far in the future. It will start creating a massive amount of large events.
You can delete series of recurring events by find the first one and click the delete series button.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can help out here.
You could set a start date of the first day and an end date of the last day of the event.
If you set the start time it will be for the first day and the end time will be for the last day.
That is how the system works right now.
Otherwise you would have to create recurring events or multiple single events.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks
December 7, 2015 at 3:12 pm in reply to: Merge Woocommerce Ticket email with woocommerce order email #1037217Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have a feature to merge emails and not sure how feasible it is.
I am not able to support a customization such as that.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Cheers

MemberHi,
I see two different licenses in your account.
Do you not see them here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Once you are logged in?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
