MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I see the mobile version of the calendar instead of the full calendar.
Typically this happens from caching. Can you try clearing your cache in WP Engine.
If that does not help please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
The Facebook Plugin is just an importer and we are unable to create events in Facebook with it. That is due to the Facebook API and not a feature we can add.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian

I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

MemberHi,
You can change that with a WordPress setting.
Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”
Then change that to Sunday and the month view will now start on Sunday.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
The license key is good for one install of WordPress and unfortunately, a production and a sandbox site is considered two installs. The plugin will work on both sites, but one will have to be manually updated.
All the details of our licenses can be found here:
Using one license for your live and dev sites
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-category/purchase-install/
And if you want to change the license to another site follow these steps:
Try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
I wanted to follow up here and present a couple solutions.
WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.x will not work well in some cases with the latest version of the Events Calendar 4.1.x or 4.2.x or later.
There are a couple ways to resolve this.
Option 1
If you are current holder of WooCommerce Tickets License and do not have a Event Tickets Plus License in your account (most likely you should have one already) we can generate one for you to upgrade to Event Tickets Plus following this guide:https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Option 2
If you do not want to update at this time you can always downgrade to The Events Calendar 4.0.7 and that will work WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.x. You will want to downgrade any other premium plugins to 4.0.x as well. You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
And older versions of the core plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/Follow these steps to manually change the plugins:
Although this process does not delete or change events or their settings. If you can it is a good idea to backup your site.
Another Possible Option
If neither of those work for you please create a new ticket and we have some other options we can help you with on a case by case basis to get it working with the latest version of The Events Calendar.Since this ticket was already closed I am going to leave it as such, but if you have any other comments or questions please create a new ticket and we can help out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I checked with the latest version (4.2.1) and it worked correctly for me on two different tickets.
The url provided does not appear to be generated with 4.2.1 as this part is incorrect and it was fixed in this version:
qr_checked_in=CAMP-5
It should be like this:
qr_checked_in=44646
So I am not sure why if you updated it is still producing the wrong link on new ticket emails. It could be a new bug, but there are not other reports of it yet and everyone else reported the issue fixed.
So to troubleshoot this can you please provide your system info in private reply:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
And then we can go from here.

MemberHi,
Did you resend the emails?
Your old emails before 4.2.1 will not work as the link was generated and hard coded into the email.
Does it work on a new ticket email?
You can resend ticket emails from an action in a WooCommerce Order with tickets.
