First page of Past Events is incorrect

The plugin is working just fine for me except for one little bug. Whenever I’m at mydomain.com/events and click “Previous Events”, I am taken to mydomain.com/events/?action=tribe_photo&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past.

To my knowledge, this is the correct url path. However, the first set of past events that show are “one page off”. If you manually change the url to mydomain.com/events/?action=tribe_photo&tribe_paged=0&tribe_event_display=past, you will see the set of events that should be displaying first. Notice how I changed tribe_paged from 1 to 0.

I have also removed my custom theme and changed the wordpress theme to one of the default Twentysixteen options. The plugin does the same thing. Any thoughts or ideas to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated
