ParticipantHi
I just started testing with Tickes Pro.
Everything works fine, till i try to check in the ticket from my mobile.
I enter the site and it says “checked in user with id 0”
And nobody gets checked in.
Same happens if I use the QR-CODE Link on DesktopHere is the Link i cklick
http://gty.football/page/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=458&qr_checked_in=CAMP-1So 2 questions:
– Why isnt there an error when the id is not existing?
– Why is the system not checking in the wright user?Any Help would be appreciated.
Regards

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here.
There is a bug that is causing this.
I believe I found the issue and created a patched version to help this:
Please follow these steps to change the plugin:
You will have to resend the ticket emails, which you can do from the WooCommerce Order Actions for the QR link to be correct.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

Just want to drop a quick note in here to let you know that Event Tickets Plus 4.2.1 is about to release any moment and it will include a patch for this issue. Please update and let us know if you continue to hit any trouble.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!

MemberHi,
Did you resend the emails?
Your old emails before 4.2.1 will not work as the link was generated and hard coded into the email.
Does it work on a new ticket email?
You can resend ticket emails from an action in a WooCommerce Order with tickets.

ParticipantYes I did,
Just saw its not the exact same problem now.
It displays “The Ticket with ID was checked in”Still doesnt seem to recognize the Id and still no error…
I am a little bit worried about our event checkin…June 27, 2016 at 7:36 am #1132276Brian
MemberHi,
I checked with the latest version (4.2.1) and it worked correctly for me on two different tickets.
The url provided does not appear to be generated with 4.2.1 as this part is incorrect and it was fixed in this version:
qr_checked_in=CAMP-5
It should be like this:
qr_checked_in=44646
So I am not sure why if you updated it is still producing the wrong link on new ticket emails. It could be a new bug, but there are not other reports of it yet and everyone else reported the issue fixed.
So to troubleshoot this can you please provide your system info in private reply:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
And then we can go from here.
