MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I can switch you over to a Community Events License.
Can you please confirm that is what you would like and I will take care of it.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I have updated myself on Monday to WooCommerce 2.5 and did not get any errors or issues.
Nor have I seen any other reports of this from customers so although it could be a bug you are the first to report it.
After the upgrade did you try resaving permalinks before going to a backup to see if that helps?
Are you using WooCommerce Tickets or have you switched to Event Tickets Plus?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks the interest in our plugins.
Please note our policy is to respond to threads on WordPress.org once per week and we are still due a pass this week.
Unfortunately, on WordPress.org or as a premium plugin license holder we unable to provide any support for customizations.
We can only support the features as they are built.
While it is possible to do what you are asking all I can do is send you to our themer’s guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
To show you where you can safely edit the event templates to do as you like.
Also, please check out our knowledge base for many other customizations you can do:
Beyond that we are unable to provide support on this.
Thanks

What version did you update from on your site?
If you are not sure in a private reply can you provide this information:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Also, Pro 4.0.4 is the latest version for that. It is not always the case that the last number matches it is the first two that matter the most.
Let me know and we can go form here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
The domain of the license can be changed by you at any time so you can put it on a temporary domain if you like.
The domain is only needed for automatic updates so it is not required for the plugins to work.
These guides can help explain about the license too:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-for-your-live-and-dev-sites/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events Importer.
It does work to automatically import public Facebook Page’s events.
You can also import public events manually from profiles as well.
We have this guide for the full setup and features of the plugin too:

Cheers
Brian

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have a trail system setup for our plugins.
We do offer 30 refund so if you do not find it works for what you are looking to do you can ask for one following our policy:
You can also see the Filter Bar live on the frontend here:
And we have a complete new user guide here:

Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

MemberOk how strange if the auto updates and the uploader do not work that sounds like a server issue, are you able to ask you host about fixing that?
Thanks for the information about the WordPress and MySQl are you able to find out about PHP?
Also, with just The Events Calendar active can you please provide your system info per this guide in a private reply:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Looks like you got an early copy of 4.0.5 that had this issue.
Please follow these steps to manually remove The Events Calendar
And then reinstall with newest copy on WordPress.org:
It is important you grab a new copy as that will have the fix in it.
If after doing that you still have an issue please let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Event Tickets.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide support. I would ask that you take any support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!
