    Hi,
    I have an urgent support request. We have a campaign for a concert running and are selling tickets on our website. We are using event tickets plus with woocommerce, and paypal checkout.
    In the beginning everything seemed to work fine but suddenly it seems like as soon as people get redirected to paypal the order process turns into ‘pending’ even when the order isn’t being finalized.. Means that the customer is receiving an order receipt email without having to pay.

    I disabled the “Processing Order” email to customers for now so no one notices the glitch. But it also means that in order to complete orders and send tickets out I always have to double check our Paypal account to see if the order really went through. Plus, the customer isn’t getting any notification that the ticketing is in process.

    I would appreciate your help with this since we are in the middle of our campaign.

    Doh. Just realized that the orders are displaying in my WooCommerce order list as soon as the redirection to Paypal happens. No email gets sent out to customer at this point. Now all this makes sense.

    I am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
