MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
The price is for 1 year of updates and support.
The plugin will still work after the year, but you will no longer have access to new updates.
We currently offer 30% off the price for renewals.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

Thanks again!

MemberHi,
So the Attendees link is wrong?
I am not able to replicate the issue on my test site. All the links are correct here.
It does look like a plugin is modifying the admin list and this might be causing an issue.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Did you try to leave WooCommerce Tickets active and then active both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus and then deactivate WooCommerce Tickets?
WooCommerce itself should remain active the whole time.
I am not seeing any other reports of this error so not sure what the cause is right now.
Let me know and we can try to go from here to resolve it though.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It looks like you have emails working, correct?
And adding PHP-GD fixed the issue?
Let me know and we can go from here if you still need help on that.
As for the tickets and id. The tickets will not work if you create them in a WooCommerce Product.
Tickets should be created in the Events themselves to work.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I am not able to replicate it creating two tickets at the same time.
Does it happen when you click save ticket?
Can you provide more information on the steps you are taking so I can see about replicating the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Do you have both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus active?
Event Tickets Plus requires Event Tickets.
As are you running the latest version of The Events Calendar and Pro at 4.0.5?
If not please update to the latest.
Let me know.
Thanks

If not please find it in your account here on theeventscalendar.com and active it and deactivate WooCommerce Tickets and then its should show.
Let me know what you find out.

We Community Tickets people can create tickets on the front end and that has a built in split payment system that you can use for commissions.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I have made a bug ticket for us to look into this as at the very least it should remember the setting when going through the pages.
Thanks for bringing this up.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I took a look at your site and it looks like because you have that floating header it is causing the issue.
I found this css fixes it for the most part:
.tribe-is-responsive .kad-primary-nav ul.sf-menu a {
color: #000;
}
.tribe-is-responsive #tribe-events-pg-template {
margin: 120px auto;
}
Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps, but please note we are limited in providing help on theme compatibility beyond this.
Thanks

Are you able to verify your cron is running on your site? To do that go to your wp-config.php file in the root of your site.
And see if you have this coding there:
define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true );
The iCal importer runs on the WordPress Cron, which relies on visits to the site to run.
We have more detailed information about it here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ical-importer-and-wordpress-scheduled-tasks/
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
From that feed your provided I am only able to import 36 events.
Do you have other ical feeds you are importing from?
Due you have multiple imports for the same feeds?
Can you provide a screen shot of all your recurring feeds? Or more information about them.
Thanks
