    Hello.

    I have the latest version of WooCommerce, Events Tickets Pro, and Events Calendar Pro installed as of today. When I attempt to create a ticket, the only option is RSVP. Is there an additional step required to tie these together and see WooCommerce as an option?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Do you have Event Tickets Active and WooCommerce Tickets?

    We are moving everyone over to Event Tickets Plus to replace WooCommerce Tickets.

    Do you have Event Tickets Plus Active?

    If not please find it in your account here on theeventscalendar.com and active it and deactivate WooCommerce Tickets and then its should show.

    Let me know what you find out.

    This is a new site and Woo Tickets is not installed. I have only WooCommerce (not Woo Tickets), Events Tickets Pro, and Events Calendar Pro active. Still not showing.

    What about Event Tickets: (not plus)

    Event Tickets and Registration

    Is that active, if not please active it.
