ParticipantNew install of event ticket plus does not send emails with tickets in it. Confirmed that WooCommerce is marking order closed. I receive the Woo order email but not the ticket. The WooCommerce->Settings>Emails show the “Tickets” email with NO recipients.
Also the product “Attendee” event link does not show attendees that match the ticket sold ( new event_id has been generated on product that differs from Events->Events

ParticipantOK it looks like the emails are not sent if the QR code is not generated. To solve this, the PHP GD lib needed to be installed. Once the PHP-GD lib was installed, the emails started to send.
The issue with the product Attendee list not matching the correct event ID still exists. http://propic.me/1dwUp

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
It looks like you have emails working, correct?
And adding PHP-GD fixed the issue?
Let me know and we can go from here if you still need help on that.
As for the tickets and id. The tickets will not work if you create them in a WooCommerce Product.
Tickets should be created in the Events themselves to work.
Thanks

ParticipantThe ticket is created in the events section however your plugin adds a link below the product to show the report. That link is to the incorrect product ID. http://propic.me/1dwUp

MemberHi,
So the Attendees link is wrong?
I am not able to replicate the issue on my test site. All the links are correct here.
It does look like a plugin is modifying the admin list and this might be causing an issue.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks
