ical importer doesn't import 2016 events from an google calendar link

Hello,
I am bought the ical importer plugin, I have linked the google calendar private link but it only imports 2015 events! Cannot get it to import 2016 events!
I have tried to uninstalled the plugin and re install it but it doesn’t work.
Any ideas?

And yes the iCal Importer does work with Google Calendars using the ics feed you can find in the settings.
