MemberIt’s definitely possible and our standard troubleshooting steps are one way of tracking down any such conflicts. However, if everything is working now that’s great and hopefully it won’t happen again 🙂
What I’ll do at this point is close this topic, but if it does crop up again – or if you need help with anything else – please don’t hesitate to create a new topic and one of the team will be only too happy to help.
Thanks again!

MemberI’m sorry to hear you’re hitting up against difficulties, Houman.
Is it possible you have (accidentally) applied some filters? When you view the admin events list, can you try clearing and resetting any options set in the Filters & Columns metabox which normally appears above the list?
Thanks – and let me know how you get on!

MemberHi there!
I’m guessing you’re interested in making this change in list view, is that correct? If so this CSS may help (of course, adjust to suit your specific needs):

If you’re not sure where you should put this, please review our Themer’s Guide and the section on setting up custom styles in particular 🙂
I hope that helps!

MemberHi James,
I’m sorry to hear you are hitting difficulties.
Can you confirm what if any parameters/attributes you are supplying to the shortcode? Is it just being used “as is”, something like this:
[tribe_mini_calendar]
I also see you noted having tried deactivating all other plugins and switching back to a default theme – can you confirm that didn’t impact the problem?

MemberHi Benjamin!
One approach would be a snippet like this one (edit to fit your exact needs!) which you could add to your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/6131754ac622e27f84fa
Alternatively, you could follow the steps outlined in our Themer’s Guide and then override and customize the community/edit-event.php template, adding your custom message wherever you feel is appropriate 🙂
Do either of those help here?

MemberWould it work for you to restore the code that generates the country list and simply use that (and of course define a custom list as you already explored)?
I’m not sure I understand why that won’t work for you, but if you are certain you want a plain text field you would add some code like this:
<input name="venue[Country]" type="text" value="<?php esc_attr_e( $venue_country ) ?>" />Barry
MemberHi Peter – you might want to start by checking out the following:
- theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-filter-bar
- theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-filter-bar
They don’t quite parallel the Themer’s Guide, but may give you a few insights (and of course if you want to suggest other areas we should cover, please do post a request on UserVoice 🙂 ).
As a sidenote, if you have any further questions please do create a new topic of your own – wherever possible we try to stick to one user and one issue per forum topic, even if your question/interest seems very close to that of the original poster.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberThanks for sharing those details.
So I can see no reason as to why this would not work – everything seems to be in order. Of course, as noraml I’m testing on an otherwise clean installation and something we haven’t yet eliminated is the potential for a theme or plugin conflict to be behind this issue.
Whether on your live site or a clean test site, can you try our basic troubleshooting steps in case this is indeed the result of a conflict?

MemberHi James,
Maybe the future this is something that can be done.
It’s possible – but I’m not sure quite how much demand there would be across the community.
Posting this as a feature request (or lending your support to any suitable existing requests you might find) on our UserVoice page could be a good way forward here as we’d certainly be open to considering this if there’s a good use case and indications that others also want to see the same thing 🙂

MemberHi icxuser,
Just a quick note first of all that – unless you have URLs you prefer not to expose publicly or something of that nature – it is much preferred that you avoid private replies, as they tend to reduce the usefulness of topics to others who may be researching the same thing in the future 🙂
Thanks for the response, I gone through this link before. Please check the relationships its more of a data strucure question than import
So I’m not entirely sure what your actual question is here.
Can you rephrase or else illustrate your question with some concrete examples of what you want to achieve and avoid?

MemberHi James,
Tickets created through WooCommerce Tickets are products like any other – so the resulting order and sales data is really no different to that generated if you were selling something else.
If you are already using and continue to use Community Events then each user should already be able to view a list of events they’ve created. However, if they are able to login to the admin environment I wouldn’t have thought that their view of events (in that environment) would be limited to their own, unless you perform some additional customizations.
Does that answer any of your questions?
