MemberThanks!
So currently you are using “at” as your date time separator (this is configured in Events → Settings → Display) and – due to a bug in that part of the system – this currently does not work as expected.
Until we can fix this, would it be possible for you to change this to something like “@” or “-” instead?
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Barry
MemberGlad it worked 🙂

MemberHi Karolina,
Great to hear you are considering upgrading to PRO 🙂
It sounds like you might be experiencing a theme or plugin conflict – with that in mind, can you give our standard troubleshooting steps a whirl?
If that doesn’t help and you still need help before you purchase a license please post on our wordpress.org forum (since we don’t actually provide technical support here in pre-sales).
Thanks!

MemberHi Jenny,
That’s definitely possible 🙂
Please review the Themer’s Guide first of all, which covers the basics for safely overriding and customizing our default templates. In this specific case, you’d be interested in the following template:
pro/widgets/modules/single-event.php
Within your custom copy of this template, simply find this line:
<a href="<?php echo esc_url( tribe_get_event_link() ); ?>" rel="bookmark"><?php the_title(); ?></a>
Modify it so it looks like this:
<?php the_title(); ?>
Does that work for you?

MemberHi Ferran,
Awesome to hear that you’re thinking of using our plugins 🙂
So neither The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO themselves include ticket-handling facilities.
In this case one of our ticketing addons would be required 🙂

MemberHi CJ,
As with all of our event related plugins WooCommerce Tickets does require you to have already activated The Events Calendar (and, in this case, WooCommerce) – however there are no further dependencies beyond that 🙂
Does that answer your question?

MemberHi gburnett,
I can’t see the problem when I visit your site – I’m guessing because you have deactivated Filter Bar? I also don’t see this problem locally, so I do suspect a conflict somewhere along the line.
Can you confirm that, when troubleshooting, you not only deactivated all other plugins but also switched your theme to a clean, unmodified copy of a default theme like Twenty Fifteen?
Thanks!

MemberHi Eric,
It looks like you forgot to post your system information when you opened this topic. Could I ask you to share it now, via a private reply?
You can find this information on the Events → Settings → Help screen – that might provide some insights here 🙂
May 25, 2015 at 10:19 am in reply to: calendar stuck in month view-won't change from month to month #964855Barry
MemberI’m sorry you’re hitting up against difficulties, Don.
Unfortunately when you try to page to the next or previous month an out-of-memory error is taking place, causing the breakdown.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /.../wp-includes/formatting.php on line 209
There are a few possibilities here and one is simply that you need to increase the memory available to WordPress from 42M to something higher (see this helpful article by our friends at WooThemes).
Alternatively, it could be that memory is being used up by a plugin or customization gone wild – so if you increase the memory limit and continue to hit the same problem, it may be worth running through our complete troubleshooting steps (including the steps to test if your theme is the culprit).
Let me know how you get on!

MemberHi Charles,
So this is really a facet of WooCommerce that we’re discussing (rather than something that WooCommerce Tickets itself controls).
I’ve no doubt this is possible but I’d recommend implementing it via a WooCommerce-based customization (or of course if a tweak to the WooCommerce settings can get you close enough, then that may be worth exploring) and so making use of Woo’s own support resources and help channels is probably the way to go here.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberJust checking in here: have you had an opportunity to update to our latest release and is the problem resolved now?
