MemberI am not sure whether this is a WooTicket or WooCommerce enquiry, or whether it might be for both?
Good question!
I can’t really advise you about the Wishlist plugin, but in principle I see know reason why you couldn’t use code like this (noting of course that that particular code won’t work by itself!) within a custom tickets.php template.

MemberOK – anything in the views folder, like eventbrite-events-table.php, can be overriden by creating a corresponding custom template – some good resources to read up on this are:
* Themer’s Guide
* Template Overrides TutorialSo you should be able to change those ones quite safely if you override the template from your theme. All I can really add is that the API documentation does explicitly say:
Our API services are available on our http://www.eventbrite.com domain.
And while the top level domains seem to be interchangeable to some extent I’m not sure it is something you can depend on.

MemberSure, feel free – just be aware there may not be an immediate decision on this.

MemberOK, I understand completely – and please accept our best wishes for your future projects, whichever event solutions you use 🙂

MemberHi Harry.
If you received a new license key you would need to make sure that this new key is entered in the Events > Settings > Licenses tab first of all.
If that’s already in place – or you continue to experience problems after putting it in place – please try updating manually. The steps are covered by Leah in her Note on Updating sticky thread.
Does that help at all?

Barry
MemberHi Andrew – still need help here/happy for us to close this ticket?
Barry
MemberHi Geoff – sorry for the delay in responding:
the font of the event description is abnormally large – not our normal paragraph font
You may need to override events.css … one way of doing this would be to copy that file from:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/resources/events.css
And place it in:
wp-content/themes/{YOUR-THEME}/events/events.css
Then change the font-size entry on line 358 to:
font-size: 12px;
Can you let me know how you get on with that and then we can move on to the next issue.

MemberCommunity Events needs to be purchased separately (but does not rely on the PRO plugin – all it needs to run is the free, core plugin).
You can find the product page here or by selecting Products > Community Events from the menu at the top of the screen.
Barry
MemberNo problem 🙂
Barry
MemberHi Tim, this short snippet was devised for a slightly different problem but may be useful here. Can you try adding it to your theme’s functions.php file?
Barry
MemberYou could probably use PRO purely as a temporary measure until the 3.0 release arrives, at which point it should no longer be necessary and you could then remove it – again we’re definitely happy to provide it to you free of charge on that basis.
Barry
MemberBoth your comments definitely lend weight to this feature request and I’ll be sure to annotate that on our issue tracker.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberNick and marcjulia – we’ve got an issue logged that closely relates to this and I’ll add your comments there. Thanks 🙂
