MemberI’m guessing the problem stems from changes to WooCommerce. Try this snippet instead.

MemberHi Lyse: unfortunately I can’t see the problem on your site because it’s protected by HTTP authentication.
Mattyd247: sorry to hear you are having difficulties – please feel free to monitor this thread but it may be better to create a new one purely for your own situation as we may need you and Lyse to run through different troubleshooting steps and it could quickly get confusing if that’s all packed into this thread.
In both your cases, though, it is definitely worth ensuring you have run through our basic troubleshooting steps:
- Please ensure that your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … for instance if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you must also use Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11
- Deactivate all other plugins (except for those by Modern Tribe plus WooCommerce) and change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve
- Now test to see if the problem still exists
- If the problem has been solved by these steps, start reactivating everything one-at-a-time, testing at each point to see if the issue has returned
- If the issue does return, take note of whichever plugin (or theme) you reactivated immediately before it started again – it’s likely there is a conflict with this item

MemberHi neptune: you could probably build this on the back of the woocommerce_order_status_completed action, which is what WooTickets uses to trigger its ticket generation code.

MemberWe do have an issue logged for this however I don’t believe anything along these lines was considered for the recent version – which was really aimed at bug fixes and improved compatibility with the new version of WooCommerce.
But do rest assured we’re looking into this as an option for a future version.

MemberHi jmartinezbiz – looks like an old version of jQuery is in use on your site. From the sounds of things your theme is replacing the standard, current version (which ships with WordPress and which The Events Calendar assumes will be present).
In the first instance it could be worth reviewing this thread:

MemberMany are documented in the Template Tags & Standard Functions section of our docs.
We’ve also got a handy link in our Useful Resources widget over on the right of this page that you can use to visit the technical docs if you can’t find any useful posts or snippets in the forum.

MemberJust wanted to post back here – WooTickets 1.0.1 has been released and fixes the initial (10 ticket limit) bug that you had reported.
Thanks for your patience and support while we got round to this 🙂
Barry
MemberHi neptune! I don’t believe so, the changes were mostly internal, but do let me know if you encounter any problems.
Barry
MemberWooTickets 1.0.1 is now available! It is fully compatible with WooCommerce 2.0.1 – but it is also backwards compatible with WooCommerce 1.6.x, so you have some flexibility there.
Hope that helps 🙂
Barry
MemberHi Lyse – WooTickets 1.0.1 is now available and supports both WooCommerce 2.0.1 and also the earlier WooCommerce 1.6.x series.
I hope that addresses your concerns but please let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help here.
Barry
MemberHi again Thomas. WooTickets 1.0.1 has been released and is fully compatible with WooCommerce 2.0.1 – it is also backwards compatible with WooCommerce 1.6.6, so you should be good to upgrade to either just the latest WooTickets or both WooTickets WooCommerce without too much difficulty.
Thanks!

MemberHi Lee.
Both those items are on our issue tracker – when/if these particular ideas will be integrated is still something we need to reach a decision on, however.
The first item, hiding out of stock tickets, is currently possible – it just requires some customization work.
The second item, where a collective pool of tickets is required for an event, has a lot of merit and you’re not the only person to ask for it – but even if this can be readily accomplished it may still be some way off, particularly as the structure of WooCommerce has changed significantly with its latest release.

MemberDisplaying only today’s events is not what that widget is really set up to do. Rather than hack away at it, it is probably cleaner to create a brand new widget that does what you want.
This code is based on a random events widget Jonah put together and should broadly meet your needs (you can set it up as a plugin if you know how, or else paste it into your theme’s functions.php file).
I hope that helps – it may at least form a starting point for your own solution 🙂
Barry
MemberHi Tim – sorry for the inconvenience – it should make the next release. I’m afraid at this point I can’t offer up a definite date for that, however.
Barry
MemberSorry to hear that Adam. If you do want to carry on working through this please just post back and let me know, otherwise if you could forward a copy of your PayPal purchase receipt to us (for the attention of my colleague Leah – [email protected]) and link back to this thread that would be great – Leah will take things from there.
