    Hello,

    I have a big problem with wootickets.

    When somebody do a biggest order than 10 tickets (for example 20) the PDF with tickets only send a 10 tickets PDF file.

    How can i fix it?

    Its very important, please help.
    (I speak spanish and catalan, if somebody want to answer this question with some of this languages do it 😉

    Hi Ricard, you’re right – I can replicate this too. Bear with me while I seek support from a dev.

    OK, we’re filing this as a bug to be fixed in step with the release of The Events Calendar 3.0. I don’t think we can provide an on the spot fix on this occasion, but I’m just clarifying that. If you can bear with me until next week possibly I’ll be able to give a definitive answer there.

    Hi Ricard – we haven’t forgotten about you – I’m just waiting for a response from one of the developers to see if we’ve got time to create a temporary workaround (possibly we may not).

    I was customizing the woocommerce bill and i want don’t send any ticket attached.
    Can i disable the ticket’s attachment?
    I can edit the code 😉

    I found it for myself 😀
    But now i was trying display the event name on the woocommerce “order complete” email. Please i need the code it as soon as posible.

    So regarding the original problem, that’s been fixed as of the next release of WooTickets.

    Can you add this to a new thread? It makes it a lot easier for other people when searching for similar things – and also prevents confusion where multiple different problems and issues are being discussed in a single thread.

    Just wanted to post back here – WooTickets 1.0.1 has been released and fixes the initial (10 ticket limit) bug that you had reported.
