KeymasterHi lionsdistrict112c,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry to hear about this issue with the slugs.
I checked this on my test site. Initially I had the issue and this is how I got it to work:
1. Check in your translation files (.po) whether the slugs are translated correctly.
You can use a software like PoEdit or a plugin like Loco Translate to edit your translations. Look for the original string ‘month’ and ‘list’ (all small letters) and make sure their translations are correct in both languages.
If you are not familiar with translations, check out our webinar here:
2. Clear WPML cache. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and in the ‘Advanced Settings’ click on ‘Disable cache for language switcher templates’. After that saves scroll down a bit and click on ‘Clear the cache in WPML’.
3. Re-save your permalinks. Go to Settings > Permalinks and click on Save.
4. Clear your browser cache. (For me it’s Ctrl + Shift + Del, select ‘Cache’ and the full time range)
After this the slugs started to work for me.
Please note, we do have an issue in the language switcher. In some cases when you select a different language in the language switcher it might give you a wrong url. We know about this.
Let me know if the above helps.

KeymasterHi allbiopro,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Hmmm… I’m not quite sure what you mean. Do you want to show an extra set of dates for the event that shows the registration period for that event?
Events Calendar PRO includes so called ‘Additional Fields’ where you can define any kind of additional data. Field types are text field, text area, checkbox, radio button, dropdown / select, URL.
You can define 2 text fields (registration starts, ends) which you can then fill out when creating an event (screenshot: https://cloudup.com/iLXfznUa09B, and it will also show up on the front-end (screenshot: https://cloudup.com/ivMCEfgxWYU).
Would this work for you?

KeymasterHi Mel,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
I see that you are using a shortcode on that page to show the calendar. We are aware of this bug (calendar title / month not showing with a shortcode) and our developers are working on a solution for this.
I will add your voice to the bugticket and will send this topic to ‘pending fix’ so you will be notified when we release the fix for this.
Thanks for your patience!

KeymasterSure thing! And thanks for hanging in there.

KeymasterThanks for the clarification aemcclane!
Did you manage to test what happens if you disable all plugins except for the calendar and ticket ones, and woocommerce and switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen.
Here is a link to our conflict testing guide for reference: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

KeymasterPlease also give me a detailed description of what you mean when you say:
…it is not letting me. It also is not letting me change capacity of tickets being sold.
Can you edit the field itself, it just doesn’t save?
Or the fields are greyed out and you cannot even edit them?
Or …
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHi aemcclane,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear about this issue. This is definitely unusual. I will try to figure out what’s happening here.
While I test this I would like to ask you to go through our conflict testing guide and see if that helps uncover anything. Basically we need to test if you can edit the tickets if you disable all unneeded plugins and switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen.
Let me know what you find.

KeymasterHi psadmin,
Thanks for reaching out! Those are some great questions. Let me try to help you out with them.
I could do with outputting just that form on its own page.
This might be possible but I’m not quite sure on that. Would be great to know if you are using the built-in Tribe Commerce to sell tickets, WooCommerce, or EDD.
This is essentially a customization, and as such we are limited on giving support for this, but I can try to give you some pointers.
using the ‘Attendee Information’
If you set up Attendee Info for a ticket, then the fields should show up below the ticket when you increase the number of tickets.
You can check the functionality on this page with the VIP ticket:
https://wpshindig.com/event/event-tickets-plus-demo/Unfortunately it is not possible to output these on the checkout page. Or let me put it this way, there is no easy way and would require major customization efforts.
Let me know if you have further questions.

KeymasterWe are using UserVoice to collect feature requests from our users. I just found a request, which matches yours:
Please add your vote to that topic and a brief description, and include the plugin you are using.

KeymasterHi Jarrod,
Thanks for reaching out to us and thanks for reporting this!
Our priority is fixing bugs of our own plugins. Nonetheless, whenever we have capacity we do try to improve on compatibility with 3rd party plugins as well.
I will file a ticket for this to have it in our system and when we have free resources we can look at it.
Is this the plugin you are using?
WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium version 2.1.4.4 by VillaTheme

KeymasterHello mrkoozik,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
What you would like to achieve should be possible with Event Tickets and Event Tickets plus, without The Events Calendar.
You will however need to select a post type to which you would like to attach the tickets to. This cannot be a WooCommerce product, since the ticket is a WooCommerce product itself, but it can be any post type you are using on your website.
You can select which post type you want to attach tickets to under Events > Settings > Tickets tab. Screeenshot: https://cloudup.com/cWnov8mcXKf
You will be able to set up a header image for the tickets. Click on the ‘Settings’ button in the ticket section: https://cloudup.com/cqjS19Y432M
When a user purchases a ticket they will receive the ticket in an email with a QR code.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,
