WooCommerce Multi Currency Compatibility

Hi there,

I have a website being set up for 4 different currencies, and have just purchased Event Tickets Plus and The Event Calendar Pro to give it a whirl. I’m seeing some funny plugin conflicts though.

Once a ticket is created, the pricing for the other currencies can then be added (not ideal, but not a deal breaker). When on the booking page for that event, if you use the currency switcher, the correct amount is shown at the section where you specify how many tickets. However, at the top of the page and in the event details, it shows the original amount but shows the new currency symbol.

Eg- I have a ticket that is AU$!00. I then edit the ticket in WooCommerce and add the pricing US$75 and EU$50. I view the ticket page and by default it’s showing everything as AU$100 (perfect!). If I switch currency to US, then the title and ticket details are showing US$100 and the ticket choice selection is showing US$75.

I know it’s a 3rd party plugin and you don’t guarantee it works, etc. But is this something you’d want to look at getting to work, and more smoothly? If not, I might have to request a refund.

Thanks for reaching out to us and thanks for reporting this!

Our priority is fixing bugs of our own plugins. Nonetheless, whenever we have capacity we do try to improve on compatibility with 3rd party plugins as well.

I will file a ticket for this to have it in our system and when we have free resources we can look at it.
