KeymasterHi,
It looks like you are using a multisite installation, but personal licenses. This is cool, however automatic updates in this case do not work and you will need to perform a manual update.
(You can also read about this in this knowledgebase article.)

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for the extra info.
Yes, it looks like the Jurassic Event on Aug 31 does not have the attendee meta fields or they do not show up.
As a first make sure that the event / ticket has the needed attendee fields on the back-end.
Afterwards check if they show up on the front-end with Divi, and if not, check it with a default theme like twentyseventeen.
Also, when I checked the page I saw an error in the console: https://cloudup.com/c6I9jV-A8Dh
You might want to check this as well.

KeymasterIf I see correctly you are using 7 of our plugins.
First recommended thing to do would be creating a backup of your site, both files and database. There are a number of free and premium plugins that can help you with this.
Then the easiest way to update would be to go to Dashboard > Updates and run an update an all outdated plugins and themes.
You can also do a manual update if you would like. In this case check out the following article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Hope this helps.

KeymasterCan you please share with me the following:
- your system information
- the url of the event on Eventbrite that gives you the issue
- the url of the event on your WordPress site where the tickets don’t show up
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Michael,
Sorry to hear that imports from Eventbrite still do not work for you.
Please give me some time to investigate.
Thanks for your patience,

KeymasterThanks Uwe,
Indeed, this extra info helps. We recently discovered the issue that if the additional filed value contains a space, then the filter doesn’t work.
The workaround is what you said, omitting the space and using a different character.
The issue is already on high priority and we are working on it. I do hope we will be able to release a fix in the next MR. Please hang in there.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Nick,
Can you upload it to a cloud service like dropbox or similar and share the URL in a private reply?

KeymasterHi,
For the new app and API you need the latest versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Once you have those you should see the API.
