    That looks nice, great job!

Here’s also a snippet from our developer that might be of some inspiration.

Is there anything else related to this topic or can we close it as resolved?

    Hi Olaf,

Thanks for sharing those details. One thing that stands out is:

“Erzeuge Loopback Requests: Der Loopback Request für deine Website ist
fehlgeschlagen, was die Funktion von WP_Cron sowie Theme- und
    Plugin-Editoren stören könnte.brAufgetretener Fehler: (0) cURL error 28:
Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

For this please get in touch with your hosting provider, they should be able to help you fix this.

Can you use Health Check to run the conflict test in a way that you deactivate all plugins with it and switch to the twentyseventeen theme, and check if the issue still exists?

If this seems complicated then if you can set up a copy of your website as a staging site / test site, then I can possibly help you do the conflict testing there. Again, your host should be able to help you to set up a test site.

    Hi,

On roles, thanks for the clarification, now I understand better.

This article will help you in managing the roles and you should be able to create the setup you need with the referenced Members plugin (or anything similar):

    event calendar support membership checkout

There are a number of users in our community who use WooCommerce Memberships for a similar setup.

how to use the QR code to verify the attendee

For this you will find the following article useful:

I’m so super happy to hear that you cannot imagine. 🙂

I will leave this in pending fix and you’ll get an update here when we release a fix for the issue. Then you can remove the snippet from your site.

    Hi multigp,

Thanks for sharing the instructions. I do understand this.

Meanwhile I also started discussing your issue with the developer of the above fix. I’m waiting for his reply and will update you as soon as I can.

We have released a hotfix for PRO yesterday that addresses a select2 issue. I’m not sure if it also addresses yours, but def. worth giving it a try.

If you could check out the update meanwhile and let me know if that works, that would be awesome.

    Thanks,
    Andras

In the back-end, would it be enough if we got rid of the ‘Attendees’ button on the edit event page and the ‘Attendee list’ action below an event title on the event list page?

The attendees page would still be accessible if you know the direct url, only there would be no direct links to it.

Or how do you imagine that?

    Hi Josh,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I guess it would be possible to hide the attendee list page on the back-end. I will check if that can be done easily.

As for the front-end there is a setting. When you are editing an event go to the Tickets section and click on the Settings button. There you should be able to see a checkbox controlling the attendee list visibility. (screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cj3DvhJrdxV)

    Does this help?

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks for all the info you shared. I’m stoked to see you found the source of the issue. Awesome job there, congrats!

As far as I know you can set the end sale date of one ticket to whatever date you want. And that one date will be used by all the instances of the recurring event.

If you want that one ticket to show up for all recurrences, then the end date needs to be after the last recurrence.

Or you can set up multiple tickets (let’s say one for each recurrence) and set their end dates differently, so they will become unavailable as time or the event passes.

    Does this help?

Hi Andrew, thanks for reaching out to us!

Personally I haven’t played with that snippet much, but according to the poster it should work.

Based on what I read there you need to add that block of code to your functions.php file.

Then at the end, before the ‘endif;’ add the ‘new Tribe__Events__Filterbar…’ line as many times as you need.

Do not forget to change ‘tax_slug’ to the slugs your taxonomies use.

And that should be it I believe.

Let me know how that plays out.

    Cheers,
    Andras
