KeymasterHello Stephen,
I am really sorry you are experiencing this issue. To be able to help you with this and to try to achieve the desired result I would like to ask you for some more information.
Could you possible share some screenshots on how it looked like before the update?
Can you send me a direct link to the page where you are experiencing the issue? (I checked http://www.functionalmovementgroup.com/events/ in list view and map view, and it couldn’t look better.)
Were you updating several plugins and maybe WordPress at the same time? – In this case another plugin could be the cause.
Are you using a child theme?
Did you do any modifications in your parent theme previously? Did you update your parent theme recently? – In this case all your earlier modifications can be lost.
Do you have your Google Maps API keys set up? Here’s a guide how you can do that: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
All these will help us get closer to the root of the problem and to the solution.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi David,
First of all, thanks for using our plugins and going Pro! I’m sorry you are having this issue with the recurring events. Let me help you solve this so you get the result you want.
There is a setting under Events > Settings > General tab > General Settings section > Recurring event instances
If you check that does it solve your issue?

Might be, but cannot say for sure. I will need to do some testing for that.
For this reason, could you please share your system information with me in a private reply?

KeymasterHello Oliver,
I did some further testing which shed some light on things.
What are your permalink settings? Based on the first screenshot you sent me it looks like you have them set to Plain. That could easily cause this issue, and then /tribe-oauth/eventbrite will not be found.
Please try to set your permalinks to Post name under your WordPress Settings > Permalinks. And although this might not cause an issue, in the EventBrite application settings put only the core domain name and remove the ?post_type=tribe_events just to have it clean.
Give this a try and let me know how that works out.

KeymasterCould you please check if you set your site timezone (Dashboard > Settings > General) to UTC, whether you get the starting times properly then?
Thanks!

KeymasterHello webadaptive,
Thanks for going pro and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry you are having this problem with the event start times. Let me try to help you out here.
A see that you are using some older versions of our plugins. Could you please update the plugins to the latest versions and check if the problem still exist?
Also, could you find out what is the timezone / time setting of the server where the site is running? That could also cause a hiccup.
Let me know and we’ll take it from there. Meanwhile I will also run some tests with the file you sent.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Oliver,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry you are having an issue, let me help you with this.
Could you send me a screenshot of your Eventbrite app settings? What did you put in the OAuth Redirect URI field? In that field you need to have the full url ending with /tribe-oauth/eventbrite , so something like this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/oauth/eventbrite
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here in the translations forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scans it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:
Thanks again!
