Event organizer not saving

Hello,

For one event I cannot seem to save the event organizer. I tried changing it from one organizer to another but after I hit save and the page refreshes the drop down has also refreshed and is set to “Use new organizer”. It seems to just be occurring with this one event as I have changed the organizer for several other events with no issue.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out! Let me help you with your question.

Do you experience the same when you are creating a new event? Please try these 2 scenarios:

1. Create event without organizer, save it, then try to add organizer.
2. Create event with organizer, save it, then try to change the organizer.

Hi Andras,

Both the circumstances that you describe work.

Also very strange but I couldn’t find the original event where the organizer wasn’t saving. Which leads me to believe that the organizer did in fact save after all and just wasn’t reflected when the event refreshed (or perhaps I was going crazy!).

Either way I have marked the issue as resolved for now. Thank you for your help!
