    I received an email that my subscription is almost up, I paid $149 last year, my renewal is for $599, not sure why, I want to pay $149 again with the discount for renewing, how do I do this?

    Still appears to be wrong, it has two fees, I only need the one Business Version for 3 sites @ $149 – the discount for renewing

    In your account I only see one product, that is the one with the license key in your screenshot.

    Also on the screenshot I see a link where you can edit the cart and go back. Can you go back and remove the EC Pro which is non-renewal?
    In the cart you can just set the amount of that to zero and update the cart to remove it.

    Let me know if that works.
