KeymasterHello Mancini,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums! Let me help you with your question.
At the moment I believe there is no shortcode for outputting the week view specifically. Here is a knowledgebase article which list all the shortcodes you can use with the current 4.2.7 version:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
However, we are very close to releasing the next version of our plugin which will have a whole new range of shortcodes for almost everything you can imagine. ๐ Check out this post for more details:
https://theeventscalendar.com/a-look-at-whats-coming-in-our-4-3-release/I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello tjkelly,
I’m sorry you are having this issue and thanks for reaching out!
To be able to give you full support on this issue, could you please share your system information with me in a private reply?
Here’s a handy guide how you can do that:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/If you haven’t done so yet, please run a test for plugin / theme / code conflicts. This article should help you in that:
Also, can you give me more details? Where does the user see the wrong data? Is there a site where I can check this?
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Tiffany,
I’m sorry you are still having this issue.
To stop emails from sending try using this snippet. Paste this code in your functions.php file (Appearance > Editor > choose functions.php on the right side):

Let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHi Connor,
Thanks for getting back in touch. We don’t take on these kinds of customization projects ourselves. However, we do have aย list of folks who might be able to help out with some development on your site.ย Hopefully that list will help you find someone to work on your site.
Can I help you with anything else?

KeymasterI’ll need to look into that. Is it enough if it is only separated in the export file?
A.

KeymasterHi Oliver, thanks for chiming in.
Hey Carla,
Yes, unfortunately that is the case, I’m sorry. I wasn’t aware of this limitation of the overwrite up until yesterday.
Good news is though that we are launching version 4.3 of The Events Calendar plugin sometime next week โ if all goes according to plan. With TEC 4.3 comes Event Aggregator which is basically a new importing tool. If I know correctly, current users who have a valid license for iCal importer will get a kick at it. Also, in EA the overwrite function will not be a Pro feature, it will be standard. And EA doesnโt suffer from the bug you described. So in a week all your importing troubles will be solved. ๐

KeymasterHey Mark,
Thanks for using our plugins! I can help you with your question.
The solution is quite simple, you can find the answer in this knowledgebase article:
Let me know if that solves it for you.

KeymasterHello Paula,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.
You got it right, our Facebook Events plugin can import events from Facebook into your Events Calendar on a WordPress site. It cannot do it the other way around unfortunately.
As for the RSS / iCal feed of the events on your website: it might work, though I don’t know how the event handling on Facebook is done. You would need to test that.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Jeff,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’ll help you out with this.
In case you want to do the css thing, then you need to add this to your style.css or at least add the first row of it to your above declaration:
body.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-cost {
display: none;
}If you want to modify the template, then this is the file you are looking for:
wp-content\plugins\event-tickets\src\views\tickets\orders.php
I guess you already read our knowledgebase articles about overriding templates, but I’ll put the links here just in case:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/template-overview/Let me know if this helps!
