Need to change the 'Out Of Stock!' message.

Hi there, I’m trying to change the ‘Out Of Stock!’ message for my events. I want to change this to ‘Registration full until further notice.’ I thought I found the correct file and uploaded it correctly to my child theme – I referenced this thread:

'out of stock' text on my woocommerce site doesn't change

Here’s a link to the event that I have out of stock:

But I haven’t gotten the message to change yet. Can someone help me figure this out please?
