Event cut off point for booking.

My client has asked if there is a way to setup the events so that they are removed from the system 10 days before the event?

Thanks for reaching out with that interesting question. I have to say I love it, because it is so unusual. 🙂

Out of the box it is not possible, but with some customization it could be done.

Pretty close to the beginning there is a part on Dates. I would do something like 1) get the current date; 2) add 10 days; 3) query those which start more than 10 days from now.
