KeymasterHi Cliffy,
Again, I’m really sorry this has happened with the update. It is pretty unusual and we haven’t had any other reports on this.
I’ll try to pull in someone from the team to take a look at this as well. Please hang in there.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHey John,
Thanks for getting back to me on that, much appreciated!
It looks like this is a bug with the importer. I have created an internal bug-ticket for this issue and added your thread to it to give it more push. It has already been brought to the attention of our developers.
For the time being unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it, but rest assured, this will get a fix.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one. Thanks for hanging in there and cheers,

KeymasterHi nnyorker,
I’m sorry for the long wait for a fix on this issue.
I checked the status of the bugticket and if all goes according to plan it should be fixed with the next maintenance release within 1-2 weeks.
Thanks for hanging in there!
Cheers,

KeymasterGreat, I will grab them now and will add it to our package so it can make it to the next release.
Thanks again!
Is there anything else, or can I close this topic?

KeymasterHello Bryan,
Ran some further tests and it looks like we have a but on our hands. I already filed a bugticket and added this thread to is, so a fix will be developed in due time.
I’m really sorry about this inconvenience, and thanks for reporting it.

KeymasterHello Bandy,
Thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you with this issue.
Do you get an error message when you try to save a venue?
Can you enable WP_DEBUG in your config file and check if that gives you any error messages?
Let me know what you find and we’ll take it further from there.

KeymasterHello integrity,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about this event ordering issue. Let me try to help you with this.
As a first it would be great if you could run a test for conflicts. This can help us eliminate any plugins / code that could influence the order of the events. Let me know what you find.
Also, could you send me a screenshot of the recurrence rules of that “Something Rotten” event, so I can try to recreate and test?
Thanks and looking forward to solving this with you.

KeymasterHey Chad,
Thanks for reaching out!
Although I don’t have a straight answer to you, but you need to tinker around with the second part with the meta_query array. Maybe event totally remove that, so it doesn’t even check for the ‘hide’ setting. I believe then it should show events regardless of that setting.
Check and let me know if that solves it for ya.

KeymasterHello John,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I checked your feed and imported it. I don’t know what the times should be or you are expecting, so let’s do a cross check. Here are 2 events after import.
My site timezone is set to New York at the moment.
Candle dipping for kids: Feb 4, 2017, 3pm to 4pm New York time
Holiday Cookie Decorating: Feb 6, 2017, 11pm to midnight New York time
Are these the times you are getting?
What I experienced is that the timezone of the events will be the site timezone.
Let me know and we’ll dig deeper from there.

KeymasterHallo Hans-Gerd,
Thanks for this! Do you have more vs. the last time?
I already got the Pro in, will do CommEvents still this week so it can make it to the next release.

KeymasterHello Bryan,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m really sorry about this issue.
I just ran a test with a google calendar import to check and I can confirm that the advanced field values are removed. Please give me some time to check with the team whether this is intended behavior or not.
Just a note, if you change the setting to “Do not re-import…”, then the values will stay there.
Hang in there, I’ll be in touch shortly.

KeymasterHey Jim,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about this issue with the order.
Could you please do a test for conflicts and see if that leads anywhere?
Also, if you could share with me your sysinfo I could give you a bit more help.
Thanks and cheers,
