KeymasterHello Michael,
Thanks for hanging in there. Looks like we have a glitch in our system.
Currently the easiest and cheapest for you to do would be to purchase the same bundle again for $299. Let me know when that is done, and then I will manually prolong your original licenses by a year so that 1) you get what you pay for and not shortchanged on days of support; 2) you don’t need to change any license keys on your website.
Please make the purchase with your current account, ping me and I’ll gladly straighten it out for you.
Hope this is an acceptable solution. π

KeymasterHi Miroslav,
Thanks for checking that for me. I also ran some tests and found a bug with the location search, but it’s different than your issue.
In your console I see error messages which suggest some minification of javascript files. (Screenshot) Try disabling minification altogether and see if that changes anything. If not, then also try disabling caching. (Note: deactivating the caching plugin might not be enough, you need to disable these settings first.)

KeymasterI’m not sure which approach you used, but this snippet should hide that:
.events- list .gtc-page-title-wrapp { display: none; }Does it?

KeymasterHi Martin,
Thanks for sharing that with me.
On your issue with the recurring events:
– When did that start happening? Was it after a recent update maybe?
– Does it also happen with recurring events that you create now, or only events that were created in the past?
– Could you send me a screenshot of how the setup of an event like that looks like? Including the recurrence and exclusion rules.
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Annemarie,
Thanks for sharing your system information with me and for updating the plugins, that is a great first step on the path of solving this.
I see that you Community Events plugins is still a rather old version. I also checked your account at us and you don’t seem to have any license for the Community Events plugin, so you will need to purchase a license for that in order to be able to update it. We actually just released a new version of it yesterday. (Note, the license are not interchangeable, so you will not be able to use the Events Calendar PRO license for Community Events.)
As for the recaptcha message, you will need to enter an API key under Events > Settings > APIs tab > reCAPTCHA API Keys section. You will also find a link there where you can generate those. Without this recaptcha will not work.
Checking your site I also see some errors regarding recaptcha in the console. This error was most probably fixed in a newer release.
Usually our plugin versions work best together if they were released about the same time. If you have an older version with a newer, then you might experience glitches like this. So updating Community Events would be very much recommended, as we can only support newer versions.
Let me know when the update is done and if you are still experiencing the issues. Also, if you have any more questions, let them come.

KeymasterHi Martin,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar. Here on the pre-sales forum, Iβm afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum β our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
To get you started, you might be able to translate the slugs in the .po translation files which are under the-events-calendar/lang.
Thanks again!

KeymasterHello Susan,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m really sorry you are having an issue with this autoposting and thanks for getting in touch!
The events created with our plugin are a custom post type and they are saved in the wp_posts table, just like the other posts.
I’m not quite sure what is happening, it looks like the NextScripts plugin is not handling the data as expected.
I’m not really sure how I can help you with this. I would recommend you to reach out to the author of the NextScripts plugin and see if they can help with the issue, as it seems their plugin is not pulling the right information.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Michael,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
The package you purchased is likely the Community Manager Bundle which includes exactly those plugins for $299.
On the renewal of the bundles we don’t offer an extra discount, because the bundle is already offered at a discounted price.
You should be able to get a bundle renewal if you log in to your account.
I hope this helps, and do let me know if you have other questions.

KeymasterHallo Hans-Gerd
Thanks for letting us know about these.
Just to clarify, the translated strings or also the original strings were missing from the .po file? (I take it that is the .po in the-events-calendar-community-events/lang/ folder, right?)
I will check if the .po’s were updated or not. (We’re slowly getting better. π )
Is there anything else you need help with?

KeymasterHi Lorraine,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums! I’m really sorry you are having this issue as well with WPML. We are aware of that issue and our developers are working on a fix. It is already on high priority.
Unfortunately at the moment there is no known workaround for this. We ask for your patience.
Thanks for your understanding!

KeymasterHey jskk123,
Thanks for chiming in. I’m really sorry that this issue is crippling your site. We are already working on a fix and we will release it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, while it might not be the most convenient, you can still run the imports manually on your Events > Imports > Scheduled Imports page. Hang in there, the fix is on the way!
