KeymasterHey Antar,
Thanks for reaching out! Great question!!!
I believe it should be possible. Please note we are limited in providing and supporting customizations as per our support policy. I will still check with the team if anyone has an idea about this. Might take a couple of days.
Thanks for your patience!

KeymasterHi George,
Here we go.
1. Not sure what you mean by ID URL, but…
Yes, it should be possible to import 200-400 events, also past events, unless the source is Facebook. It goes from iCal, Google Cal and other Events Calendar sites, but not from Facebook.
2. Yes, both past and future, based on your import settings here and here.
3. You can use one EA license on 10 different domains. Subdomains are counted as separate.
4. You can’t cross display events. You should be able to do imports from A->B and B->A, though this scenario hasn’t been thoroughly tested.
5. Yes. The location search functionality depends heavily on a google api which we are unfortunately unable to influence and it results in glitches like you mentioned. However if you use “08009 Spain” you will get results.
6a. Yes, though searching for date is done with the default search bar.
The number or results depends on your per page setting under Events > Settings > General tab
6b. Not by default. See my note above at 6a. If there is 1 event in Jan, then future events will be shown until you reach the setting limit (10 by def.)
If you want to be able to filter by month(s) you will need to develop a custom filter.
7 and 8. Yes. Categories have url structure like this:
http://domain.com/events/category/{category-slug}
Same goes for tags.
With Filter bar you can filter for more categories / tags at the same time.
9. No specific documentation. Our general recommendation is to use a child theme and add any customizations of the functions.php file of the child theme. This way they will not get lost when your theme receives an update.

KeymasterHello Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out!
There are 2 possibilities to have RSVPs for community submitted events.
1. Add an RSVP in the back-end after an event has been submitted – plugins required: The Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Community Events
2. Create it on the community events submission form – plugins required: the above and Community Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, WooCommerce.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Sorry to hear about this issue. Let me try to help you get this fixed.
As a first, if you have any caching plugin / minification going on, please disable that and re-check.
It definitely would also make sense to run a conflict test. Might be something is interfering here.
When I checked your page I saw 2 errors in the console on pageload. (screenshot)
It’s referring to these 2 files:
https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-108438803-1https://nevadasbdc.org/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/js/chosen/chosen.jquery.min.js?ver=4.9.1So, might be worth deactivating these 2 to check if that helps.
Let me know if that changes something.

KeymasterHi ksministries,
Thanks for reaching out!
Using a javascript / jQuery approach would be best probably.
A colleague whipped up this snippet some time ago which is supposed to do what you need.
Please give it a try and let me know how it works out.

KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks for sharing that!
The “no records to import” error message is unusual.
Please hang in there while I try to get another set of eyes to take a look at this.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for clarifying.
By means of only having feeds in place I’m not sure that will be possible.
Event Aggregator does have the option of scheduled imports, so you can set up imports to be run every half hour, hour, daily, weekly or monthly, or on demand.
This can be done between as many sites as you wish. It will only depend on the license, the number of events and the server resources (in case of thousands of events).
To give you a scenario:
You can set up 50 sites and enter separate events into all of them.
Then have a 51st site which then imports all the events from the other 50 sites, so you will have an aggregated calendar. For this you will need to set up 50 scheduled imports.
Our basic license offers 100 imports per day, so if you set up 50 daily imports you are covered.
One note, when importing from other WP sites, you can only import events max. 3 months in advance.
Another case: it would also be possible to “sync” two calendars, doing imports of each other. Though this scenario hasn’t been thoroughly tested, it should work.

KeymasterI think that should be possible. There is a setting in WPML.
Go to WPML > Taxonomy Translation > choose ‘Categories’ from the dropdown.
There you should be able to add the translation for the slug ‘category’.
Save, re-save your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks.
Clear your cache and try. 🙂
Let me know the results.

KeymasterHey Callum,
I believe the fastest and easiest would be with this little css snippet. Put it in your theme’s style.css file, or wherever you usually put css customizations.
.events-list .tribe-events-event-cost form { display: none; }This will hide the button on the list view, but it will still be there in the code.
Let me know if this does the trick for you.

KeymasterHey Nick,
2. How do you set what the featured image will be on Category pages
This is not a functionality of a plugin. This is more a generic functionality and is not covered by the scope of our support. You can try to look for solutions via searching the web and you’ll hit results like this.
3. How do you remove the H1 title below the hero image since its a duplicate and already says that nicer in front of the hero image on top
The url you shared leads to the main store page. I didn’t see a duplication there.
That page is a WooCommerce template so you will likely need to customize this file:
wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\archive-product.php
On creating overrides for WooCommerce template file I recommend the WooCommerce documentation here.
If you want to remove it from a single product page (like this), I also don’t see duplication there and that is also driven by WooCommerce.
Questions 4, 6, 7, 8:
Please check answers to the respective questions in this thread.
10. How do you change the ‘RSVP’ wording content to ‘Registration’ on the event page and emails etc?
For the emails, check answer #2 above here.
For the event page, use the “Say What” plugin I referenced earlier and set up a string like this. Adjust the replacement string “Register” according you your needs.
11. How do you change the “Tickets” text content to “Buy This Class” on the event page
Again, “Say What”, and like this.
12. Is there a way to show that the multi day events are together?
That is not possible out of the box. It will require some advanced customization. This is beyond the scope of our support. A freelancer might be able to help you with that. Or you can use a third party plugin like Events Calendar Category Colors. The plugin will allow you to assign different colors to different event categories. This is definitely a faster and cheaper solution than a custom dev. Check it out if that does the trick for you.
13. how do you remove the ‘Send RSVP confirmation to:’ when they RSVP? Why would this not be sent automatically? That is annoying for a user to have to enter their info twice. I would expect a confirmation email after I complete a form and not have to re-enter my info again.
I’m not quite sure what you mean by the user having to enter their information twice.
By default an email address is required so the system knows where to send the confirmation. That address will be saved in your database as well, so you shouldn’t need to ask for it in an additional field.
If you mean logged in people, then some people might want to register someone else, or send the confirmation to a different email address then what they use for login.
If this is not the case then please give me more details on the process.
Hope the above info will enable you to move forward.
I’ll be around should you have any further questions.

December 1, 2017 at 2:43 am in reply to: How to import tickets with active ticket fieldsets? #1396457Andras
KeymasterHi April,
I fully understand your disappointment in the case.
The way the plugins are set up it is not enough to map the ID of the ticket fieldset to the ticket itself. The ticket fieldset that is saved is only a template. When you add the fieldset to a ticket you are not connecting it with the ID, you are not creating a reference, but rather copy the fieldset data to the ticket metadata (wp_postmeta table, meta_value column).
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

AndrasNovember 30, 2017 at 2:14 pm in reply to: All recurring events in one event page and in one RSVP dialog? #1396128Andras
KeymasterHi Antti,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your question! I’d be happy to help.
Does Pro version produce separate pages for all recurring dates, or is it possible to choose to have only one page with all the dates listed
Both of that is possible with Events Calendar PRO. Here are to urls showing each on our demo site.
Separate page for one recurrence:
http://wpshindig.com/event/womens-javascript-study-group/2017-11-01/A page which shows all recurrences (taking into account pagination settings):
http://wpshindig.com/event/womens-javascript-study-group/all/only one page with all the dates listed, with the possibility to RSVP on individual date
This is not possible out of the box. You would need to go to the single event page to be able to do an RSVP.
It might be possible to do with some custom development. I can give you directions if you choose to do that, however, you will need to do most of the coding work yourself, as developing customizations is beyond the scope of our support.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
