    We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.

    If you have a premium license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.

    To get you started, you will probably need to do a template override of the month view. You can find more information on template overrides in our Themer’s Guide.

    And in our Technical Docs you can find the functions you need.

    Unfortunately that cannot be done easily at the moment.

    The only way to do it would be changing 6 core files. However with a plugin update your changes would be lost, so this is not recommended.

    Hello Mark,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and for using our plugins.

    I’m sorry about the waiting time. Based on our support policy we provide support during the working week only and we do our best to reply to every question within 24-48 hours.

    After you have installed the Events Calendar Pro plugin on your website go to your list of plugins via clicking on “Plugins” in the left menubar. Search for ‘Events Calendar PRO’ and click on the ‘Activate’ link below it.

    Once it is activated you will find the place for the license key under Events > Settings > Licenses tab.

    Let me know if this help or if you need any further assistance. It the latter case please share with me your system information based on this article.

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    I’m not quite sure which widget you are talking about, I haven’t been able to find any widget of ours in The Events Calendar that has this functionality. Can you let me know?

    Or another way to achieve this is to insert a simple ‘Text’ widget into your sidebar, add the text “Add an event” and give it a url. Then with a bit of CSS you can format it according to your needs. Would this work for you?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry about this issue affecting you.

    We have recently discovered a bug that is causing this. Our developers will take a look at it.

    Until a fix is developed the workaround it to roll back to Event Tickets 4.6 and Event Tickets Plus 4.6

    You can find more information or rolling back / downgrading in this article.

    Let me know if the downgrading helps.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    To your first question the answer is yes! You will find further details on how you can do that in this article about Abstract Post Types.

    To your second question about the payment, no, at the moment that is not possible. Although there is something in the works (the furnaces are hot. Super hot!) I cannot give you any fixed launch date.

    Until that happens you will need to use one of the eCommerce solutions you listed.

    Hi Preben,

    Thanks again for your patience and for the files.

    I managed to fire them up and did some investigation. Looks like there is a bug in Event Ticket 4.6.3 and the “Who’s attending” list does not appear on the front end.

    We will investigate this issue.

    Until this gets fixed the workaround is to roll back to Event Tickets 4.6.2. That should solve it for now. Let me know if that helps.
