Cannot import facebook event – "Unknown service message"

Hello Support,

I have a problem with the import of Facebook events. The error message is (translated): “fetching the results from your import: Unknown service message”.

Events Calendar PRO version I have is 4.4.21.

This seems to affect other people as well, see

Hi,

We are really sorry about this issue with the imports.

We have fixed the problem and the imports should be working as before.
Please check and let us know if all is back to normal for you as well.
For a short time the import previews and imports might run a bit slower than usual, but that should become normal within a day as well.
