KeymasterHi David,
We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Thanks for understanding and have a nice day!

KeymasterHi there,
You will need to override this file:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/tooltip.php
You will find detailed instructions in the single-events.php file on the coding.
Let me know if you need further guidance.

KeymasterHi Suzi,
Event Aggregator is an add-on service to the Events Calendar, you will need that plugin for it.
Nothing else will be needed.
If you have further questions let me know.

KeymasterHi Paola
Great question.
When a user purchases a ticket, the ticket / email will contain a QR code. The user needs to show that QR code when entering the event and someone at the entry will need to scan it with a QR code scanning app.
The person scanning will need to be logged in to the site selling the tickets. When the code is scanned it will mark the owner of the ticket checked in.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.

KeymasterHi Linda,
I just tested the form and worked for me. Can you try again, maybe from another browser application?
Is the attachment that you are trying to send big?

KeymasterSzia András,
Thanks for getting in touch with us again.
I just tested the scenario with PayPal you described above and could reproduce it. Looks like we will need to take a look at the code.
I’ll open a bugticket on this. The details you provided will help our devs have a jumpstart when they start investigating, so thanks a lot!
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi corta82, welcome to the forums!
Thanks for hitting us up with your question. I’m sorry about this issue you are describing.
I checked the url you submitted with Firefox. The only time I experienced a bounce is when I increased any ticket number from 0 to 1.
That happens because when you increase the number from 0, then the form below the ticket appears and that seems to rearrange the column widths for the ticket, and some ticket names will now fit in less rows.
Is this the issue that you are describing?

January 24, 2018 at 2:36 am in reply to: Changing imported "blank" venue adds second venue to event #1434422Andras
KeymasterHello Matt,
Thanks for reaching out to us with your question!
My hunch is the following.
When you are importing the venues the ID (post_id in the database table) is already taken by some other post (event, venue, draft, autosave etc.), so the venue will not get the same post_id as on the source side, but will get the first available, in one word, a different one.
When you import the event, the venue ID associated with it will still remain the same as the system doesn’t know it has been changed. So the ‘venue ID’ that is associated with an event could be anything else, another event or a page or whatever.
This is unfortunately something that is difficult to handle with external import / export tools and is beyond our support.
Depending on what your source is Event Aggregator might be able to help you with this task. There the imported events, organizers and venues will get properly matched.
I hope this gives a bit of a clarification. Let me know if you have any further questions.

KeymasterHola charrame,
My Spanish is non-existent so I turned to Google translate to help me out. According to that, this is what you need:
I would like to export places, organizers and events to another TEC installation. Which is the best way?
In your WordPress installation go to Tools > Export and you will be able to export them separately. (screenshot)
To import them on the other website go to Tools > Import. If you have not installed the ‘WordPress Importer’ plugin yet you will have an option to do that there. (screenshot) When it is installed and activated you will have the chance to import them. It is recommended to import them in the following order: venues, organizers, events.
Let me know if you have further questions on this topic.
Cheers,
Andras -
