Nonprofit form hanging

Hello! I’ve tried submitting your nonprofit application a few times, but the form just hangs and never submits (no error message, just the loading/working symbol). Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can you help? Thanks in advance!

I just tested the form and worked for me. Can you try again, maybe from another browser application?

Is the attachment that you are trying to send big?

Hi Andras. The attachment was small (59KB), but I tried another browser as suggested and it worked! I should have tried that first! In case the details are helpful, I’m on Mac OS X El Capitan version 10.11.2. The browser that hung was Chrome version 63.0.3239.132. I successfully submitted the form from Safari version 9.0.2.
