MemberHi Luc!
Thanks for letting me know about that!
With the issue you described, I can now realize it might only be happening because of the authenticator plugin. Like you said, to scan the ticket QR code and be able to check in the attendee, you must first login to the WP admin.
Could you please try to login in before scanning a qr code and see if that still gets you the ID ‘0’ ? All this, with only The Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus installed and activated.
There has to be clearly a step where I can login first – or am I´m wrong?
By default, there is no redirection to the WP login form. This is the way intended to be, so regular users/customers are redirected to the event instead of the login form.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Grégoire!
Thanks for following up on this. 🙂
To turn the display of debug messages OFF you should copy and paste de following line in your wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );Right below this line in the file:
$table_prefix = 'wp_';Does it work? Let me know how it goes and if you have other questions.
Best!

MemberHi Miroslav!
I’m sorry for the delay here. We’ve been having a higher demand in our forums the last days. That with some unexpected team changes has caused us delays.
Just wanted to tell you that we’re close to finding a workaround for your issue and I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to come back with it later today.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Best,

MemberHi Grégoire!
Thanks for coming back with the screenshots and all the details about the errors.
The warning message you are getting seems to only be showing up on some cases. While a PHP warning does not exactly mean something is not working, we should take a look at this to make nothing breaks in the future.
I have logged a report about this issue so the dev team will address it in a future maintenance release. I will change this thread status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we can let you know the updates about this.
In the meantime, it’s always a good idea to turn off the WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in your live site. This will prevent all php messages to not display.
Regarding the order not being completed despite the PayPal order going through, this is more a general WooCommerce/PayPal integration issue than anything specifically to our plugins. Have you followed the relevant guides in the Woo docs and enabled IPN? If not, I found this article that will get you started. IPN is one of the mechanisms that lets PayPal “talk” back to sites.
Sometimes, there might also be a glitch in the Paypal IPN integration and you won’t receive the notification to complete the order, thus leaving it as “Pending”. As in your case, the way to go is checking the Paypal order status and then manually changing the WC order to complete.
I hope this helps! Let me know if there is any other questions and we’d be happy to assist. 🙂
Best,

MemberHi Jennifer!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue with the WooCommerce Deposits plugin. It seems it could be a similar issue as the one you mention, but unfortunately, that user never came back with a copy of the plugin so we can test it out.
Like George said in this thread, could you please share with us in a private reply a copy of the WooCommerce Deposits plugin? This way we can take a look and make a few tests for ourselves and see if we can spot the conflict.
Of course, this could take us a couple of days or more to test after you provide us with the plugin, but we’ll try to help as much posible.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Art!
Thanks for clearing that out!
That setting works only for the main calendar and for the calendars embedded using the [tribe_events] shortcode.
So you might want to check the options available with that shortcode here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
I hope that helps! Let me know if any more questions. 🙂

MemberHi Aein!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry for the delay here. We’ve been having a higher demand in the forums the last couple of days.
Let me help you with that.
There is a setting to show only the first instance of recurring events. You should see that by going to Events > Settings > General tab and under General Settings you will see the Recurring Events Instances option. See here https://cloudup.com/cHi442ow2Hd
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions and I’d be happy to help! 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Art!
I’m not sure what the event scheduler setting is that you are referring to. Could you please tell me where are you setting that? perhaps you can send me a screenshot of it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Art!
Thanks for checking that! This is mostly sure a theme issue.
Having a closer look at the mini calendar in your site, I could spot a conflict in some styles that are applying to the mini calendar table that are not coming from our plugins. You can see in the following screenshot those styles applying to the ‘td’ elements > https://cloudup.com/cXRWibKUHAM
You should see if those styles are coming from your theme. If so, you should see if there is an option in your theme to disable them in the templates where you want to render the mini calendar. I’m not familiar with the Pharmacy theme but perhaps you can contact the theme authors to see if they can help you with this issue.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions and I’ll try to help as much I can.

MemberHi Michael!
Thanks for coming back with the log file. Don’t worry about the uploading it, I edited your reply so we don’t have such a long thread and put everything in a zip file.
I could not find anything in the logs that relates directly to our plugins or your specific issue. There is a PHP notice coming from the slicknav-mobile-menu plugin. And also a database error coming from trying to query a table that does not exist (nova535-main-wp-z2cZb1c8.wp_932d74e8a6_esign_documents_stand_alone_docs), probably from your theme.
This could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so to narrow down the problem, could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you can find in the process?
Thanks,
