MemberHello Laura!
I’m really sorry you are not able to contact the theme authors.
One thing you could try is using a different template to show the events, by going to Events > Settings > Display tab and under Events template select a different option. Here’s a good article related to this > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/
I will also reference you to our Themer’s Guide where you’ll find useful information to customizing our templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Regarding the page header not showing at all, I could not see it in the link you provided because it throws a 404 page. But in the rest of your site I can see the page header showing ok.
Let us know how that goes.

MemberHello Julie!
Thanks for following up with this!
Let me say that this issue is really surprising, so we are really interested in following up to get to the bottom of it.
I’d really like to see the screenshots of the ticket settings when on the edit event screen. This will likely tell us more information about the source of the problem.
You can come back to this thread whenever you can. We are always here when you need it. After a couple of weeks of inactivity, the thread will autoclose, but feel free to open a new topic referencing this one and we’d be happy to help.

MemberHello Celeste!
Thanks for following up with this.
Good to know you could narrow the problem down to only orders with Paypal payment.
It seems this could be related to an issue with WooCommerce and Paypal payment method as our plugins do not handle the stock management.
To confirm this, you could create a WooCommerce test product (not a ticket) and make a payment using Paypal to see if you experience the same issue. If you can reproduce, then this is most likely to be related to an IPN issue with Paypal/WooCommerce. Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHello Carsten!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, a fix for this issue hasn’t been included in this week’s maintenance release. I don’t have an update yet on when this will be fixed, but I will make sure to flag this in the report so we can let you know if we need any assistance from your side. We’ll keep you posted about it.
In the meantime, I’d suggest you disable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY. This will prevent the PHP notices from showing in the frontend of your site. If you still want to log the debug information in the debug.log file, you can enable WP_DEBUG_LOG. This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate you patience with this.

MemberHello Miguel!
Thanks for coming back with the plugin.
With the critic plugin installed and activated and used to replace Tribe_events comments I could reproduce the PHP Warning message. I will reach out to the team to have a second pair of eyes on this and will get back to you as soon as we have an answer.
Regarding the comment box showing twice for events, this is because The Events Calendar has a built in option to enable/disable comments. You can turn this off by going to Events > Settings and unchecking the Show comments option. Let me know if this works for you.
As for the wpDiscuz Comment Author Info, I’m not really familiar with it. Could you please explain to us what is the issue you are having with it and our plugins? You can send us some screenshots or share some links with us, so we can see for ourselves.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Steven!
Thanks for clearing that out.
I tried importing events from this Facebook URL https://www.facebook.com/pg/FaneuilHallMarketplace/events, which I’m not sure it’s the exact same one you are referring to, and it did import all the events until September 30th. If that’s not the URL you are trying to import, please share with us the URL.
Could you please let us know how many imports are you performing each day?
Try going to Events > Settings > Licenses and remove the Event Aggregator license and click save. Then re-enter the license and save it again. Do you see any difference? Let us know.
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try making a few imports until you get the error message, so that in case there is an error in the backend, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.
Thanks,
Victor -
