    I’m having this problem after updating to the latest versions of Events calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus. Sometimes the product stock reduces twice and I have to manually adjust it.

    I’m sorry you’re having that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot it.

    First, you say it only happens sometimes, does it happen with all tickets or just some? Can you relate this to happen only on a specific scenario like when manually changing an order status?

    Could you please send us a screenshot of the ticket settings when on the edit event screen? This way we can try to reproduce the issue on our end.

    Hi,
    It randomly reduces all the tickets twice for some orders, if someone orders 4 different tickets, they are all reduced twice. Some orders are fine
    Sometimes orders stay as “processing” for a long time, some show complete right away.

    I tried reproducing the issue in my own installation but failed to do so.

    This could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?

    I tested everything and discovered it only happens when the payment is with paypal, sometimes stock reduces fine, others it reduces twice and customer never gets order notifications via email.
    looks like it works fine with “cash on delivery” methods. Any ideas?

    Thanks for following up with this.

    Good to know you could narrow the problem down to only orders with Paypal payment.

    It seems this could be related to an issue with WooCommerce and Paypal payment method as our plugins do not handle the stock management.

    To confirm this, you could create a WooCommerce test product (not a ticket) and make a payment using Paypal to see if you experience the same issue. If you can reproduce, then this is most likely to be related to an IPN issue with Paypal/WooCommerce. Let us know how that goes.
