@Brigetta,
I think I need to dig into your system to see what is going on. Can you email me at [email protected] with an admin account so that I can poke around? I might need ftp access as well.
Shane PearlmanMemberHey Andrew – as I mentioned on Facebook, we didn’t delete anyones post. Turns out there was a weird setting that was on which caused me to see no-ones comments but my own (why they would do that I don’t understand).
We are working on that documentation this week.
As for the email subscription, roescher is working on that literally right now (you must be psychic).

allows you to rewrite the URL.”Shane PearlmanMemberoh wow, that is an oversight. Thank you for the heads up Peter, we will get it patched for 2.0.1. I’ll have john get you the answer on a temp fix.
Shane PearlmanMemberSure Andrew. We have an ical and google cal button on the single post page right below where the map displays by default: http://cl.ly/B1fl.
There is an ical button below the main calendar that provides a larger feed, but we have yet to get a large dump working with google. We are planning to take another shot at that eventually once we get 2.0 stable and eventbrite tickets / community events up.
October 17, 2011 at 12:05 pm in reply to: Calendar month navigation with ajax: problem in Internet Explorer #9808Shane PearlmanMemberHi Guillermo,
I can understand your frustration. For the time being we have to draw a line at some point back into browser histories. It should work on IE8 and if it doesn’t we will fix it. We are not providing support for IE 7 & below. Event Google doesn’t support IE7 anymore (after all there are two newer versions of the platform and IE10 beta is due april).
I’ve logged a bug for IE8 for the team to check.
Shane PearlmanMemberThanks Brian!
Shane PearlmanMemberHey guys,
I’m pretty sure we added a simple filter to hide those, but let me confirm with john. Can’t remember what it was offhand.
Shane PearlmanMemberHey Andrew,
Thanks for the suggestion. As you noted that can be done permanently in the template but there is no case by case option. I’ve added a ticket to the 2.1 track to discuss. Can’t promise we will build it as we often struggle between keeping things simple vs powerful.
Shane PearlmanMemberThanks Cynthia,
Rob is back tue morning and he will trouble shoot this with you, as it sounds like it might be something specific to your config.
Shane PearlmanMemberThanks Dave,
I’ll run this past our dev team early this week.
Shane PearlmanMemberHi Cynthia,
Did you update from a previous version and if so which one?
Are you using any custom templates?Shane PearlmanMemberHey Dave,
That sounds sucky. Did you upgrade or is this a fresh install? Was the issue on a new event or did you add recurrence to an imported event? Could you include a screencast or screenshot of your event setup and anything else you can think of to help us reproduce the issue?
Shane PearlmanMemberHi Brenden,
Is this a new install or are you upgrading from a previous version? Have you tried reserving your permalinks?
I tried to check your link but it appears you have deactivated the plugin.
As for importing from google, our calendar produces ical / gcal format import files, but there is no out of the box way to grab someone else’s feed from google. You might be able to do it with one of the rss plugins, but since I haven’t tried to do that, I couldn’t give you a step by step.
October 16, 2011 at 2:25 pm in reply to: Calendar month navigation with ajax: problem in Internet Explorer #9762Shane PearlmanMemberOk then that is correct (sorry I don’t have IE 7 / 8 to try). Only modern browsers use ajax to reload the calendar content without reloading the page. Older browsers load the correct content but as a full page load (as you noted). If I am not understanding the issue, perhaps you could include a small screencast?
