MemberThanks for confirming. I’m at a loss as to what could be causing this; is it possible that you only have free/not PRO active? The single-day view is a PRO-exclusive feature.
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming. I’ll get a dev to take a look and respond directly.
Rob
MemberHey Sandy. This is actually in the free (not PRO) files. Go to the free plugin then navigate into the Views folder and you should see it. Let me know if not.
Rob
MemberThanks Nick.

MemberHey Pedro. Thanks for the note and sorry to hear you’re having issues. Any chance you could link me to the live site directly, where I could check this out? Not sure I fully understand what’s up after watching that video.

MemberHey Mike. Thanks for the note and apologies to hear you’re having issues. Kylie emailed me a few days ago to confirm that she got the issue working. She noted:
“It’s glitch inside page titles section. The code is unable to recognize the custom post type of calendar plugin. But you can fix this by replacing functions.php file with the one attached. The theme was from THEMEFORREST and it was called CRUZ.”
You can check out what she had in the functions.php file right here: http://pastie.org/2869612. Does that help you resolve your issue, or is it different from this?

MemberHey Tineke, do you have what Wayne is requesting here? If you’d be willing to share, let me now…otherwise I can get a dev to jump in.
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming, Sophie. It sounds like there’s a conflict with one of those two…I haven’t heard of any conflicts between them until now, but then this is the first I’ve heard of either plugin.
I wish I could offer up more on our end. Maybe contact the developers to see if they’re aware of anything to improve speed? If they wanted to reach out to me for a copy of the plugin (to test integration and improve for a future release) feel free to send them my way directly.
Rob
MemberLet me see if Jonah can chime in on this one, Wayne.

MemberHey Sandy. Let me get Jonah to take a look and see whether there’s an easy way to accomplish this.
Rob
MemberThanks Bob. Logged per our email exchange 🙂
Rob
MemberHi there Kelly. Thanks for the note, and apologies to hear you’re having issues. How did these thousands of links get generated? Were they newly created on the 2.0 install, or imported from a 1.6.5 or 1.3.3 install? Let me know the details there and I can try and troubleshoot this for you.
Rob
MemberHi Sophie. Happy to help here. This sounds like a weird issue; what version of WordPress are you using? Have you reviewed the minimum requirements needed for the plugin on our FAQ page (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/faqs/), and made sure you meet those?
Let me know if so and we can look into this further for you.
Rob
MemberThanks Tineke. Wayne, let me know if her suggestion gives you what you need.
