MemberThanks Pedro. The upgrade path shouldn’t be causing issues, no…I’m going to check if our dev Jonah has any thoughts on this, since I’m fresh out of ideas. He’ll respond here directly.

MemberHey Bill. Thanks for the note. I’m seeing this on your site too; assuming for entries like this (http://www.halfwaytoconcord.com/event/senator-desaulnier-leads-public-safety-realignment-forum) there is supposed to be a map in that white space? Does this also happen in free, or both PRO and free?
One thing I’ll suggest…have you changed the embedded calendar display settings under Settings –> The Events Calendar? Is it possible it’s been made so small that it’s just not showing? Let me know if that’s not the case and I can get a dev to take a look.

MemberThanks for the suggestions, Rob. The is_grid_view suggestion is a solid one that I could see adding value. As for the updated documentation…definitely, we’re working through that now and should have the entries updated to reflect that over the next week or two.
Rob
MemberHey Cary. That’ll take a bit of custom dev; let me see if Jonah has any suggestions for an easy way to do it since it’s a bit outside my area of expertise.
Rob
MemberJust a heads up that I’ve added this to the 2.1 feature request pile so we’ll work through this as we build out that release. Thanks!

MemberAh, I see. Well the easy first step to check out…does this happen when you revert to the 2011 theme as well?
Rob
MemberAh yes. I’m seeing the issue now; are you using Events 2.0.1, versus regular old Events 2.0? There was a bug in 2.0 related to the calendar widget and which led to some of the problems you’re noting here, but was resolved in 2.0.1.
Let me know. We’ve also got some more extensive tweaks to the calendar widget coming in 2.0.2, so if your issue isn’t resolved by upgrading to the current release, upgrading when the new code comes out later this week should get you where you need to be.

MemberHi Hans. Thanks for the note; we’ve definitely got that on the radar. No guarantees on when it’ll make it in (right now it’s in the TBD pile given the scope of the work it’ll require), but it is coming eventually. Thanks for the words 🙂
Rob
MemberThanks guys!

MemberSandy: let us know your thoughts here and we’ll do what we can to assist.
Rob
MemberThanks to all involved 🙂 Let us know if any other issues arise.

MemberHey Robert. We were envisioning you’d change it on your end, since this is a pretty simple tweak…if you’ve used POEdit (http://www.poedit.net/) you should be able to open it up and make the changes right quick. Let me know if you need more than that.

MemberHey again Robert. I can totally hook you up with an upgrade coupon to get from basic to dev; basically it’d have you re-purchase the plugin, with the coupon factoring in the price difference and what you’ve already paid. That work? If so, drop me a note (rob at tri.be) and I’ll hook you up.

MemberThanks Jonah!
Rob
MemberHey Greg. You are correct that this isn’t controlled on the admin side; you’d need to dig into the plugin files. Have you looked in organizer-meta-box.php?
