MemberAh, alright. Thanks – I’ll send him a note to see if he’s got any idea of what’s going on. Appreciate the heads up!
Rob
MemberHi again Karen. Regarding this warning: does it only happen when you have debug mode turned on in your wp-config file? Or is it there all the time? Not sure what could be causing it if it’s the latter…
For the scroll bars; if you could get us an example of what this looks like, I can get our developer Jonah to share his thoughts. I believe we’ve already covered the font size issue in a different thread so I’ll ignore that one for now.
Rob
MemberOur pleasure, Jason. Glad to hear this was of some value. If anything else comes up going forward let us know, we’d be happy to assist as needed.
Rob
MemberHey Paul. Thanks for the heads up; I did get your email so let’s continue to discuss that way.
Rob
MemberHi Sagi. Thanks for the note; I am indeed seeing this issue when I visit your site. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any suggestions/recommendations on this since I’m not sure what’s up.

MemberHey Louis. No problem; I got your emails on this and will be responding to those this evening.
Rob
MemberThat’s an odd situation; you’re the first to report it. Is this (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/w4-post-list/) the plugin you mean? Have you tried reaching out to that plugin’s dev to hear if he’s gotten other reports of his plugin conflicting with others?
Rob
MemberAh, excellent to hear. Let us know if anything else comes up.
Rob
MemberHey Michelle. Awesome to hear this was of some use to you. The elaboration you provided on the day selector makes good sense; I’m going to check with the team to see what this would entail, and if it’s manageable we’ll add it to the 2.1 list.
You can assign event categories in bulk by going to the broader events list on the backend, and using the Bulk Actions –> Edit option. Among the options you can configure here are the categories; so whatever events you’d selected, you can adjust the categories accordingly. Make sense? Let me know if not.
Regarding the integration with posts/events walkthrough not working: I’m wondering if this is an issue with your theme specifically. Any way you could check whether the same steps you followed there work on the default 2011 theme, or if it’s busted there too? Knowing this should help diagnose the issue.
Thanks again for the words, and let me know about the above so we can continue to troubleshoot.

MemberHi there Karen (assuming this is Karen).
As I mentioned in my email…for #s 1 and 2, that’s a likely conflict with another plugin or your theme. The best way to test this is to deactivate your other plugins one by one to see if the issue persists; and if it does, then reverting back to the default 2011 theme. If the issue still persists when you’re on the 2011 theme with no other plugins active, let me know…because in that case it’s likely a bug.
For #3, #4 and #5: I can get our dev Jonah to respond on these. He’ll chime in directly over the next 24 hours.

MemberHey Andy. The most we’ve got at this point is the ability to add an event to iCal; if you wanted to add an alert it could probably be done, but I think the user would have to configure that on the iCal side. This is a good feature idea though, so let me see what it’d take to implement.
Rob
MemberPer beta tester Jared: “My first attempt to create an event resulted in this: http://anchr.in/CNDP – although it appears everything saved properly. […] I’ve added a few events using the import function and they consistently give that error. I also just tested creating a new event and ticket – it worked just fine with no errors.”
Rob
MemberHey Esteban. This seems to be a known issue that we’ve had reported a few times; as such we’re working to patch it for 2.1. Apologies for the inconvenience in the interim.
Rob
MemberJust a heads up that since Jonah was perplexed by this too, I’ve got it on another dev’s plate. Should be receiving a response very shortly – my apologies for the delay.
