MemberHi Suzanne. I was specifically thinking the suggestion Jonah provided in this response: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-delete-end-date-end-time/#post-12353. Does that not help?

MemberJanet: I haven’t heard any reports of it, but let me get Jonah to confirm that it’s functional. Are you having problems getting it going on your end?
Rob
MemberAh, alright. Does pointing you to single.php (specifically around line 100 or so, from the looks of it) get you in the right direction? If not let me know and I can get Jonah to respond.
Rob
MemberDefinitely; I’ve logged that so it’s already on the radar. Got this over to Jonah today so you should have a response (assuming it’s doable) by tomorrow at latest.
Rob
MemberAh alright…thanks for confirming. I’m not sure about this offhand; let me see if our dev has any ideas.

MemberHi Ed. Thanks for the link; yes, I’m seeing it working fine now too. It’s very possible there was a permalink issue – sometimes when those arise, they resolve themselves automatically when the permalinks page is saved. If anything else along these lines arises again, let me know and we’ll look into it further. Thanks!

MemberThanks Corey. If the Event Espresso guys want to reach out to me directly or need a copy of the plugin to test against, I’d be happy to work with them on that…
Rob
MemberThanks, Kathleen – duly noted. I’ve added this to our existing ticket on the matter so we have a point of reference as we jump into 2.1. Let me know what else we can do!
Rob
MemberHi Stephanie. Just a heads up that we discussed your issue with the dev team today. It looks like the error is coming from the Gantry theme framework, not from our plugin. But that being said: since now 2 different users have said it only happens with Events Calendar on, the error must a conflict between the two. We’ve got our dev working to install Gantry now and test against this so we can offer up a more substantive solution.
Rob
MemberCool, thanks Corey. Let us know. This will become a non-issue once we change to our new templating approach for 2.1, but in the interim…
Rob
MemberHey again Maeda. Any chance you’d be willing to share your solution with us? If you’d prefer to send it via email, that’d be fine too…just reach out to rob at tri.be. We’d like to review it and, if everything makes sense to us, turn it into a tutorial that we’d publish here on the site for other users to benefit from. (We’d of course give you credit therein). Let us know if you’re interested!
Rob
MemberHey Nakturnal. I got one of our devs to take a look at this, and he was sort of stumped as to what could be happening. He did ask that I pass along this follow-up question, though: can you confirm if the yesterday’s events postings are EXACTLY 24 hours off, or if not by how many hours specifically? That will help us hopefully diagnose what’s up and provide you with a response.
Rob
MemberHey Andy. We went to try and recreate this today for testing with the devs, and the iCal link doesn’t appear to be working anymore. I instead get a message within iCal saying: “There was an error subscribing to the calendar. The data downloaded from webcal://troop262ps.org/events/ical/ isn’t valid.” Has something changed on your end?

MemberAlright awesome. I’ll get a dev to chime in as needed from there.
Rob
MemberI’m not positive (as it was nakturnal who posted that suggestion), but it looks like it’d remove the thumbnail exclusively.
