    I’m unable to use the default page template so I need to add buttons to the default events template. Any suggestions about the best way to go about doing this?

    Hey Corey. What types of buttons, specifically? Depending on where you wanted to add this, you could accomplish it with a template override (ie adding to single.php if you wanted to modify the single event listing, etc). Does that help? Or have I misunderstood the issue here?

    Hey Rob,

    For example if I wanted to add buttons next to “event list” and “calendar” buttons so I could navigate around the rest of my website from the calendar page.

    Ah, alright. Does pointing you to single.php (specifically around line 100 or so, from the looks of it) get you in the right direction? If not let me know and I can get Jonah to respond.
