MemberHey Dominic…maybe our documentation page at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation can point you in the right direction? It seems either that or the “Showcase” thread here in the forums would be the best place to start.
Sorry we couldn’t offer up more. Let me know if you need anything else.

MemberAlpesh: when did you send this? I’m not seeing it in the PRO inbox.

MemberAwesome to hear this did the trick, Kym! Let us know what else we can do down the road.

MemberHey Craig. Thanks for the heads up here; sorry to hear you’re having issues. We’ve heard a couple reports from users on this front lately so I’m wondering if there’s a common thread. Can you check that you’re running 2.0.5 for both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, and that no other plugins are conflicting? You can test the latter by deactivating the other plugins you’ve got going (and reverting to the default 2011 theme from there if the issue persists, to see if it’s a theme issue).
Let me know. If that doesn’t resolve the issue – ie you find it still persists even on 2011 with no other plugins – let me know and I’ll see if anyone on the dev team has ideas.
Rob
MemberSure thing, Alpesh. Shoot me an email with your timetable and I’ll refer someone from our network. Pro /a/ tri.be is the email. Cheers!

MemberHey Polly. Thanks for the note here. It looks like your events are showing up on the mini-calendar on the homepage. In terms of event categories I’m actually not seeing any that pose problems. When I check out an entry (http://www.horseconnectioncenter.com/event/springville-rodeo-springville/) everything therein looks to be fine. Can you point me to a problematic instance here and we’ll do what we can to assist?
One last point. Down the road, since you’re an existing users, do post in the The Events Calendar PRO forum here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/events-calendar-pro/. This one is just for pre-purchase users asking questions. No big deal but I want to make sure we’re getting you a response in as timely a fashion as possible.
Rob
MemberHey Pat. Thanks for the heads up here, and for giving the plugin a go. Sorry to hear you’re having issues.
My guess is, from the sounds of it, the issue you’re experiencing is a limitation of your hosting setup. That’s the only time we’ve ever encountered anyone with messages like this. Could that be possible here?
Rob
MemberAh, thanks for confirming Mitch – sorry to hear about that conflict. It’s likely that with the templating changes we’re incorporating in 2.1, the overall integration with other plugins should be smoother. Would be interested in hearing if you had any luck upon updating on that end, when 2.1 eventually is released.
Sorry I couldn’t offer more in the short term. If I can do anything else, please let me know.
Rob
MemberHey Robert. Thanks for confirming as much. I can say with some certainty that this probably won’t make it into 2.0.6, unfortunately – we’ve got a lot of work to do to make it fully functional and since 2.0.6 is just a few weeks out we wouldn’t be able to hit that 🙁
This is definitely on track for the 2.1 lifecycle, though. And the more requests we get for it in the Feature Requests thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-calendar-pro-feature-requests/), the sooner it’ll likely be integrated. Sorry I couldn’t offer up more in the short-term.

MemberAwesome to hear, Henry. Sounds like you’re all set here but let me know if we can do anything else down the road.

MemberAwesome to hear you’re all set here, Alex. Thanks for confirming as much. If we can do anything else down the road just give us a shout.
Rob
MemberSuperb news, Carlos – thanks for confirming as much. Glad to hear we were able to get this squared away.
Let us know if you need anything else down the road. Thanks again for your support.
Rob
MemberThanks Alpesh. Per the email I sent a little while back, I’ve got Jonah on this today.
Rob
MemberThanks guys.
Ben: at this point there is a known conflict with WP Touch, unfortunately. We are doing some responsive iterations on the events cal views that should help with mobile viewing. Not sure whether they’ll be cooked into the core plugin, or offered as a patch or add-on theme…but that code is still about a month out. Sorry I couldn’t offer up more in the immediate future here.
Mitch: what do you mean by “changing the route”? Have you checked already whether this is another plugin causing a conflict, as I suggested for Curtis above?
Rob
MemberThanks, Greg – I understand what you’re saying now. I just checked and it looks like that feature was lost in the jump from 1.3.3; I’ve logged this as a bug with the team so we can get it added back in a future release. Not sure which one it’ll make it into but since my guess is this is a simple change to the core functionality of the plugin, such a release would be sooner rather than later.
Sorry I couldn’t offer up more in the short term…but thanks for the heads up. If we can do anything else please let me know.
