Alex
ParticipantHi!
Today I updated my calendar pro plugin. When it is active, the “show all articles” list contains only the newest article. After that, the data gets literally cut off – the HTML table containing the article list conatins only the first table row. When I deactivate calendar pro, all is fine.
I run wordpress 3.3.1Any ideas?
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Alex, got a link I can take a look at? You might try going to Settings > Reading and re-saving there and going to Settings > Permalinks and re-saving there as well as there have been some reports of oddness along these lines. Hopefully that will do it but if not post a link here to your site so I can take a quick look at the problem.

ParticipantThe article list is in the admin backend, so there is no link to see …
When I view the resulting html code, the code just stops after the first table row of the article list.I did the re-saving you suggested, but no success.
For further clarification: i just need to deactivate the PRO addon to fix the problem, the “normal” calendar plugin can stay active.I just had a look at the server error log:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_is_recurring_event() in /path/to/webroot/wb/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lib/tribe-events-recurrence-meta.class.php on line 27, referer: http://www.zzzzz.de/wb/wp-admin/plugins.phpCheers,

ParticipantJust cross-checked: the above mentioned error appears in the error_log after I activate the PRO plugin and try to view the article list.
It vanishes when I deactivate the plugin.Cheers,

ParticipantI have made a screenshot:

–> only 1 article is shown after activating the plugin.Cheers,

ParticipantHi Alex, I don’t see anything in that screenshot that helps me troubleshoot this. Are you running version 2.0.5 for both the base plugin and PRO? Can you email me WP Admin access so I can take a look myself? jonah [at] tri [dot] be

ParticipantAaaah … looks like the update for the PRO went wrong, as it reports 2.0.
The Events Calendar itself is 2.0.5 …
How can I update the PRO? Normally, WordPress reports new Versions, but there is nothing …
Anyway, I will mail you the access data.

ParticipantHey Alex, if you’ve plugged in your license code in Settings > The Events Calendar you should see the auto update option otherwise you can download the latest version of PRO from your account page on this website. Try doing that first before I take a look.

ParticipantI’ve searched for a while now … unfortunately, I cannot find a field to enter my license code. There are three dialogs: GENERAL, TEMPLATE and HELP. Where *should* the field be?

ParticipantBTW: The HELP tab states “You are up to date!” So this clearly only covers the “normal” Events Calendar plugin, and NOT the PRO extension. But, the PRO extension has no SETTINGS section …

ParticipantI downloaded the 2.0.5 and unpacked it manually – that did the trick! All is fine now.
Thanks for your help!

ParticipantGlad to hear the update fixed it. If you only see those tabs in the Settings, it sounds like you don’t have the PRO version of the plugin installed… There should be an “The Events Calendar PRO” plugin in your plugins list if you do. The free version of the plugin should also be there, along side the PRO plugin.

ParticipantThe tabs are now here. The “Enents Calendar PRO” plugin appeared in the SETTINGS right after the update.
I remember that yesterday I auto-updated all plugins, and it seems that only the update of EC Pro didn’t work.
But all is well now, and I thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
