MemberHey Mitch. Thanks for the heads up; I am seeing a similar issue on your site, where it redirects to the homepage. Does resaving your permalinks (first without changing anything, then changing to a “pretty” structure if you don’t have one in place) have any bearing here? Have you been able to test whether this is a conflict with your theme or another plugin?
Rob
MemberThanks Carlos. The feature request thread is definitely the way to get your requests seen in as strong a manner as possible 🙂
Let us know what else we can do.
Rob
MemberHi Alpesh. I talked this over with our dev Jonah, after he reviewed the file you sent over via email. Unfortunately he can’t get much of a picture regarding the issue based off this CSS file. Without being able to see the site itself it’s going to be tough to provide any feedback here.
Any chance you’ve got a non-intranet environment where you can deploy this site, even just for a few days, so we can help to try and diagnose? Otherwise we may be at an impasse since it doesn’t sound like we can share much on the current setup. Let me know what you’re thinking and we’ll do what we can to help.
Rob
MemberThanks Henry.
Robert: hopefully that should be of some value, but let us know if not.

MemberThis one is still in the works for 2.1, definitely.
Rob
MemberIt should be fine, Jean-Philippe…assuming those lines are relevant to what is being discussed here.
Rob
MemberHey Christopher. Thanks for reaching out. This doesn’t sound impossible, but would definitely require some pretty heavy customization. Have you checked whether there are any third-party plugins that can allow for this? I’d think there would be some solution there…

MemberHey Sam. Thanks for reaching out – been a while since we last crossed paths. Hope you’ve been well.
Per the email discussion we’ve already had, I do have this logged for the team and we’re working with it now. In the interim, perhaps the filters detailed here (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/filters/) may be of some value in the interim? Otherwise we should have what you’ve discussed in 2.0.6.
Hope that helps. Let me know if we can do anything else.
Rob
MemberI’ll bring that up to the team, definitely; we don’t generally do hotfixes unless it’s a showstopping bug. That being said – let me see what we can do to get a similar patch in place, a short-term one, for 2.0.6 (which should be out over the next couple weeks). No guarantees but it’s worth a shot.
Rob
MemberHey Greg. Thanks for the note here, and sorry to hear you’re having issues. We’ll do what we can to troubleshoot this one. What was appearing in your list view related to Google Maps previously? By default the address details will show in list view, but not the map itself. Here’s an example of what I mean: http://demo.tri.be/events/upcoming/.
Any chance you can show me what you were seeing earlier? What version were you on prior to updating to 2.0.5?

MemberSorry about this, Ken – looks like it slipped through the cracks. I’ve brought it back to Paul’s attention so hopefully we can get you a response over the next day or so here.
Rob
Member🙂 Excellent to hear you got this single-venue issue squared away, Ken.
When you do update, let us know how it goes.
Rob
MemberHey Alpesh. Thanks for the note. It’ll be tough to troubleshoot a site on an intranet here, but it sounds like the issue you described above is largely a CSS one. I would suggest either sharing a screenshot/link to a pastie.org page showing the code you’re using; or, email us pro /a/ tri.be and we can try to put you in touch with a freelancer dev who may be able to help you out here.
Rob
MemberHey Henry. This one is a bit outside my area of expertise, but let me see if Jonah has any ideas. if not I’ll bring in another dev. Stay tuned.
Rob
MemberThanks for confirming as much, Shaun. I’ve marked my last response as the “answer” since this seems to fix it for all the users who’ve raised a red flag so far. Let us know if you have any other issues down the road.
