Loren: I would suggest re-trying the install, yes. Try and do it with no other plugins active if possible. You’re on WP 3.3.2, right?

As for the license issue: if you go to Account Central -> Licenses here on the tri.be site, you can manually disconnect the key from test site A (and re-add it to test site B, if needed). Keep in mind though, that while the Eventbrite API key is required for the plugin to work…the license key purchased at tri.be doesn’t have to be entered, and no functionality is lost without it.

Give that a go and let us know what it yields. Thanks for your patience so far.

Hey John. Thanks for the note here; I believe it was you whom I communicated with on Twitter over the weekend but let me know if I’m wrong there. I was just unable to recreate this on WP 3.3.2 with the tagged Events/Community releases (2.0.6 and 1.0, respectively) and Jetpack 1.3.4. Regardless of the combination in which I attempted to activate them I was unable to recreate your error. Is it possible your theme is somehow involved here? I’m working on default 2011, which seems to be best I can tell the biggest difference between our setups. Have you tried on default 2011 as well?

I’ve asked Jonah to take a look at the wp_category_checklist issue when he hits the forums this afternoon. While it seems like something else may be at play causing the Jetpack problem, it’d be good to get an answer on your question there. Stay tuned on that end and thanks for your patience so far.

Hi there lisa/John. Just wanted to confirm that this issue is resolved so you shouldn’t be encountering issues on this end anymore. We apologize for the inconvenience on Friday. If you still have problems after clearing your browser cache and trying again, please shoot us an email (pro /a/ tri.be) and we can troubleshoot further. Thanks!

Thanks for the notes, folks. While we cannot guarantee this plugin will play nicely with every theme we can definitely do what we can to assist. Marcos, I’ve asked our dev Jonah to take a look here (knowing that you’re using Karmag 1.3, you’ve already refreshed permalinks and have tested different template options) and see if he can point you in the right direction.

Terri: are you running the latest (2.0.6) release for both plugins? I see the “This Event Has Passed” issue on your sample event, which best I can tell hasn’t yet passed as of this moment. (That problem was indicative of a bug in an earlier build, is the reason I ask). If you aren’t running it, can you update to the latest and let me know if the issue persists?

Javier: usually the file will still save even with those errors presenting themselves. Are the files not actually showing up?

Hey Frank. Thanks for the note here. Not sure about this myself, but let me see whether Jonah from our dev team can point you in the right direction here. He’s hitting the forums this afternoon. Stay tuned and thanks for your support.

Thanks for the follow-up, Michelle. Got it. The best I can suggest at this point would be to wait for the official support I mentioned above…we realize there is an increasing demand for it and are working on it now. As soon as we’ve got something to share we’ll definitely announce it on here.

Thanks for your patience & support in the interim. Let me know what else we can do.

Hey Lydia. Happy to help with these; while I’m hitting them in reverse order, I think I’ve tackled all the ones I’ve seen so far.

So are you just saying you don’t want certain events to appear in the list widget? What if you just created a category in which you dropped all the events you wanted to appear there; then set the widget to only show events from that category? In this case anything not assigned will not appear. Let me know if that’s too simple an approach for your needs.

Hey Lydia. Thanks for the note; this should be something you can control with the overall date/time settings for your WordPress site (under Settings -> General). If you need a point of reference on customizing that WordPress’ codex is pretty solid: http://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time.

Regarding removing All Day…that should be doable, but I’m not sure how. Jonah from our dev team may know. I’ve asked him to comment to that point when he hits the forums next later today.

Hey again, Lydia. Now I understand the multiple items covered in one screenshot…thanks for posting them in separate threads, we certainly appreciate that.

If I understand the issue here correctly, you should be able to adjust the size based on Jonah’s guidance here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/is-it-possible-to-display-the-featured-image-at-full-height-in-the-event/#post-12036. Can you confirm? I’ll adjust my response if I’m misunderstood there.

Hi there Lydia. Thanks for the note here. So you just want to hide the next/previous links…right? (I saw a few arrows on that screenshot but I’m going to assume until I hear otherwise that these weren’t meant for me).

If so, this thread – in which I directed the user to another, more useful one – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-previous-and-next-from-event/ – may be of value. Please let me know if you’re still having issues from there and I’ll adjust my response accordingly. Cheers!

Hey Jesse. Thanks for the note; based on your update it looks like you’re all set here, right? Please correct me if I’m wrong. Otherwise if this is good to go…let us know what else we can do down the road!

Hi there Lorena. Thanks for the note and sorry to hear you’re having issues here. You can indeed merge your event posts with regular blog posts. We will have official support for this functionality in a future build (probably 2.1), but in the interim check out this little tutorial we put together on the matter: https://theeventscalendar.com/show-your-events-in-the-main-post-loop/.

That ought to get you set up but please let me know if not and I’ll adjust my response accordingly. Thanks!

Hey folks. Thanks for the heads up here; while we have received reports of Headway conflicts in the past, they’ve generally been something we were able to work through (specific discussion is here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-calendar-changing-nav-menu/ Please let me know if this lines up with your experience). If so, might the solutions suggested by our devs (specifically on pages 2/3) help?

Let me know if I’m misunderstanding the issue here and I can adjust my response accordingly. (Joe, I should note that I’m not actually able to see your calendar at the link provided).
