ParticipantI have installed the calendar on my site http://www.strongtree.org, when viewing the calendar in grid mode the navigation is not displaying correctly. The options are all stacked on top of each other and flush left and top within the container. I am using Headway Themes 3.1.2

ParticipantI am having the same problem – also with Headway Themes 3.1.2 It only happens on the first page – when I click to the next page of the calendar everything seems to work ok. You can see it at http://nzsa.bloomonline.co.nz/events/month/

ParticipantActually Meg, the other pages on your site are also having the same issue. The navigation should all appear inline. Look at The Events Calendar sample picture here > https://theeventscalendar.com/wordpress-events-calendar/ <. The first sample picture shows how the dates SHOULD appear. I had to go into Headway's live css editor and add custom css to each button to position it but it's not pretty. It must be a problem with Headway and The Events Calendar. :/ I really hope there's a fix for this.

ParticipantHey Joe … you are so right … should have looked a little further on in the year! The July page has it all visible, but still not in a lovely line … will have a bit more of a play and see what I can come up with – am no expert but might be able to move it around. Hopefully someone who knows what they are doing will chime in 🙂

MemberHey folks. Thanks for the heads up here; while we have received reports of Headway conflicts in the past, they’ve generally been something we were able to work through (specific discussion is here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-calendar-changing-nav-menu/ Please let me know if this lines up with your experience). If so, might the solutions suggested by our devs (specifically on pages 2/3) help?
Let me know if I’m misunderstanding the issue here and I can adjust my response accordingly. (Joe, I should note that I’m not actually able to see your calendar at the link provided).

ParticipantHi Rob … not sure its the same issue … the header of the calendar is all laid out incorrectly with the Navigation etc all stacked up in the left hand corner. I am guessing I can move it all to where I want it using a bit of css, right?

MemberYou should be able to, Meg, yes. Let me see what our dev Jonah would suggest specifically when he hits the forums later this morning. I’ve asked him to take a look and respond directly with any guidance he can offer. Stay tuned and thanks for your patience so far.

ParticipantHi Meg,
Unfortunately this is a known bug that we are working on for the next release. In the interim you can try adjusting the CSS or switching your Events Template in Settings > The Events Calendar > Template to “Default Events Template”.
I hope that helps.

ParticipantHi Joe & Meg, I’ve found an interim solution but it’s kind of messy to have you do. If you send me your theme I should be able to get it working. You can email to jonah [at] tri [dot] be and please reference this thread. I’ll respond back with the code to use and how to set it up.
