November 24, 2017 at 3:27 pm in reply to: Calendar shortcodes no longer display after update #1391239Patricia
MemberHey Greg,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your shortcodes. Let me help you to solve this!
I’ve just accessed the link you shared and I see a series of js errors in the console (here’s a screenshot > https://ibb.co/jCagA6).
The first two errors are associated with The Events Calendar, but as you can see in the screenshot, they are coming from your cached content. So to get started, I would recommend you to purge your site’s cache and check if the problem is solved after that!
If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.
Cheers!

MemberHey Chad,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Answering your question, yes, it is possible.
You can modify the z-index property via CSS by adding the following in your theme’s style.css file:
.datepicker.dropdown-menu {
z-index:999 !important;
}I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

November 24, 2017 at 11:12 am in reply to: Visual error after update the Pro plugins from Version 4.4.3 to Version 4.6.1. #1391060Patricia
MemberHi Thomas,
This is just a quick follow up to let you know that I’ve updated the gist I shared with you before to make sure it won’t conflict/cause issues in the future.
In this new example you just have to create a new js file in your theme (in this case called move-cart.js) and add the code from the first snippet inside it.
After that, please add the code from the second snippet inside your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/nefeline/5e1ec228d3edf1357efb14a38d2bd28d
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHey Tom,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Before we begin, just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customizations like this one.
To help you get started, I believe the simplest way to achieve what you want is by moving the form div via jQuery:
https://gist.github.com/nefeline/5e1ec228d3edf1357efb14a38d2bd28d
This is just an example based on the divs I’ve found in your site (you may need to adjust it if the selectors are incorrect). You can add this code in your theme’s functions.php file (without the PHP opening tag).
I hope this helps you to get started! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Could you please send us a copy of the “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro” plugin via private reply so we can take a look/verify if it is possible to solve the conflict?
Please note that while we’re not able to guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party WordPress themes or plugins, we do develop our plugins in accordance with strict WordPress.org standards, and you’ll typically find that our products work great with products developed to the same standards.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
