MemberHey Toby,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve just tested the [tribe_events tribe-bar=”true”] shortcode in my own site and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
To get started I would recommend you to make sure that both Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date. After the plugin update, if the issue persists, I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
If you have any other questions in the meantime please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Roger,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The time format for our plugins is the same as the one in your WordPress install, so I would recommend you to access your Dashboard and head over to Settings > General > Time Format and make sure that you have the correct time format enabled.
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us! Could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help > Event Log and make sure that Logging Level is disabled? If it is not, could you please disable it and let us know if it helps to achieve what you want?
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi there,
This sounds like a server limitation as you are unable to log and display PHP errors. I’ve just reviewed your system info and apparently you don’t have a value for PHP display_errors (it is currently blank):
PHP
display_errors =
log_errors = 1At this point I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to take a look at your php.ini file and make sure that you are actually able to display and log errors in your server. We won’t be able to help you with the next steps if we don’t know the error that is causing the problem.
You also have the option to keep that filter enabled in your functions.php file: it will keep tribe_logging disabled and you will be able to access the Help page normally. I agree this is not the best solution but is the workaround we have at this moment.
If you have any news regarding your error log or have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!

MemberHey Fabiana,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Just to help you get started, you can achieve what you want by adding a rule like this one in your theme’s style.css file:
.row {
margin-left: 25% !important;
}Here’s a screenshot with the expected result.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Dayana,
I’ve ran some tests and this is not an issue that I can reproduce in my own WordPress install while having all Modern Tribe plugins enabled and up-to-date. The RSVP submission form works as expected in different pages and posts. I believe that the issue in your case could be associated with a plugin/theme conflict and/or a server limitation.
At this point I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and check if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
Also, as already suggested before, I would recommend you to check your debug.log file and look for other PHP errors and warnings to help us to identify what could be the cause of the issue here.
Thanks!

MemberHi William,
Unfortunately the venue is not an attribute in our [tribe_events] shortcodes. As suggested before, I would recommend you to create categories to group events that will happen in a specific venue and use the [tribe_events view=”the_view_you_want” category=”your_category”] shortcode to display all of them together.
I would also recommend proposing this feature in our User Voice page to let us know.
Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi there,
Could you please temporarily remove the “add_filter” line and access your Help page again? This filter is fixing the problem (disabling logging), that’s probably the reason why you didn’t get any errors while having WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG enabled yet.
Thanks!
