    Hi there Steve,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay in my reply! I assigned this issue to myself but lost track of it until now…

I’m not really familiarized with how gridbuilder shortcodes are actually coded, you’ll have to reach out to their developers to get help.

From what I see I guess you are not getting the desired result because $post might not be set to the current event you are trying to output the date for. If the first parameter is null the function will try to get the current post object. Also, when you pass the parameters to the function there’s no need to declare the variable name:

    echo tribe_get_start_date(null, false, 'g:i a' );

    Hope that helps,

Thanks for the update Cassy. Sorry to hear this issue re-appeared.

The events page is till having issues with the images laying on top of one another until you move the screen in and out or refresh the page a few times. โ€“ But, I think this is a known issue already.

This is indeed a logged bug that we are trying to fix for the upcoming maintenance release.

On the other issue, can you please describe detailed instructions on how I can reproduce it? Please add some screenshots to illustrate the issue. I’m not sure about it, also from the description you make it seems to be a bit random / dependent on other configurations.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Schalk,

Glad to help you on this issue as well. Checking you system information I could verify that you are using Event Tickets + Event Ticket Plus, but not The Events Calendar. Can you please confirm this? Also, I would like to know which other post-type (Page?) you are using to add the tickets to. This way I’ll try to reproduce -hence fix- the issue in my local install.

Please let me know about it,

    Hi there Schalk,

Thanks for getting in touch with us about this!

Is it possible to display the ticket description in the ticket email?

Sure it’s possible, you’ll have to create a template override of the tickets email (located at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php) to include the description output. Pleas checkout our themer’s guide for more details on how to do this.

I can help you out getting the ticket description and displaying it. Which tickets types are you using (RSVP, WooCommerce, etc)?

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Mark,

Thanks for reaching out to us and for the heads-up on the resolution of the issue ๐Ÿ™‚

As you point out JS minification can sometimes break stuff as our scripts are already minified. Disabling JS minification for our scripts (if possible) or disabling caching for The Event Calendar should work! Great find!

Iโ€™ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please donโ€™t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hi there Michael,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue. Let me help you out ๐Ÿ™‚

Let me start by saying your site indeed seems to be running outadate versions of the premium plugins (PRO, Community Events and Facebook Events). The Events Calendar is up to date as you point out, but all premium plugins need to share the major version number (4.4.x currently) as well. Also, Facebook Events has been replaced by Event Aggregator, more details here โ†’ Moving to Event Aggregator. In any case the Facebook Events license is expired, are you still using this plugin in the site?

To update the premiums plugins please configure your license keys in the site, and check for the update notices in ‘WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates’. More information about this here โ†’ Automatic updates. If the notices are still not showing after configuring the keys, then you’ll need to perform a manual update of the plugins.

Also there are issues with Category colours: The colors are not showing up on the calendar, each event should have a specific color based off the category.

The Events Calendar Category Colors is third-party plugin supported by the author on WordPress.org โ†’ https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar-category-colors

I’d recommend updating our plugins first and then re-try to see the issues with Category Colors are still present. If that’s the case, then post to the Category Colors support forum.

    Hope this helps,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi there Tac,

Thanks for getting in touch with us once again! I’ve inspected the feature request Hunter logged when he reviewed your original report. At the time it’s still not slatted to an upcoming release, I’m going to bump the priority of the issue to help it move forward.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

    Hi there Peter,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here ๐Ÿ™‚

First thing I’m curious about is if the sites / subsites are in an intranet or local install? If that’s not the case, then can you please send me the sites URLs in a private reply?

I would like to make some tests and see if this is indeed a bug or maybe something related to your particular case.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi there Sรฉbastien,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products ๐Ÿ™‚

Unfortunately our product doesn’t cover your needs, I think you need more of a ‘cost calculator plugin’ for the project you described. Here you’ve got some options โ†’ https://www.frip.in/wordpress-price-calculator-plugin/

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
