MemberHi Marco,
Thanks for getting in contact here! I’ll try to help you here…
Unfortunately what you are looking for is not possible by default, but you can extend the order/filtering of events with Advanced Post Manager plugin. Take a look at this article describing how that integration works: Filter and sort events with Advanced Post Manager.
Please let me know if configuring APM solves your issue here,

MemberHi there Cesar,
Thanks for reaching out and also for your interest in our plugins đ Your site functionality seems rather complex, our products cover a big part of what your trying to achieve here, but not all of it. That being said, you can always add some custom coding to extend the plugin functionality. I’ll go over each of the points you described…
-Allow people to create their own event and then sell their tickets using a front end interface, not wp-admin.
Yes, this is possible with a combination of plugins (Community Events, Community Tickets and WooTickets). Take a look at Community Tickets product page, there you’ll find a description of how this works!
-Sync their FB account so they dont need to recreate their event but import those once they log in into my site. They can chose all of them or just few.
Not possible as described, we have a Facebook Events extension which allows site admin to sync events with facebook pages via admin (and import individual events as well), but this functionality is not available for other users on the site via front-end.
-I donât want to save the credit card credential of any customer on my site. Iâve been testing Stripe and I liked it. Also I want to accept PayPal.
I see no problem with these two payment options, tickets checkout is handled by the E-Commerce platform you installed (WooCommerce in the case of Community Tickets).
-Allow people to customize their ticket and the messages that are sent after each registration.
-I would like to have the gravatar of people who is attending an event of the event page.These two are not possible out-of-the-box, but surely possible with a bit of coding from your side.
-The host needs to login into my website to create an event. The customer (people who buys the tickets) need to login also. On the checkin i would like to autocomplete all the fields automatically from their profiles.
Not sure if I follow you correctly here, you want to auto-complete their details on checkout? That’s done by the E-Commerce engine (WooCommerce in this case).
-Integration with MailChimp so I can track my marketing campaign.
Also not sure what you are expecting from our side on this, but we do not offer any integration with MailChimp. Maybe you can take a look to their integrations directory to find what you need.
Summing up, the main functionality you are trying to achieve here is possible using Community Tickets + Community Events + WooTickets, while other features are not present in the product but can be custom coded into it… Give this scenario I think the best way for you to test this is to purchase the products and install them on a test site to check on them extensively. If you feel they do not cover the functionality you need you can request for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please let me know if this answers your questions,

MemberHi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear about this issue!
Regarding SEO, can you link me to your site so I can take a look? To prevent content duplication many views of the calendar are not indexed, but that doesn’t mean events should not be indexed at all. Are you using any SEO plugins or any other plugins that you think that might be affecting this?
On the second question, the plugins comes packed with some useful shortcodes but none is for individual events đ There’s a third-party plugin: The Events Calendar Shortcode that provides additional shortcodes but I’m not sure if it provides one for individual events.
Please let me know about those,

MemberHi Simon,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let’s see if this is a bug indeed or if something went wrong while configuring the event…
First of all, Can you check if you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar (3.12.6) and PRO (3.12.6) ? If both are up-to-date, please send me a screenshot (via cloudup.com or other image sharing service) of the events settings and I’ll try to reproduce this error on my end. Also, please indicate your date settings (WP-Admin > Settings > General > Timezone, Date format & Time format).
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHowdy Arturo,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you out here…
Is it possible to duplicate a event ?
While there’s no option to do so in our plugin, but there are several third party plugins that focus on content duplication: Post Duplicator, WP Bulk Post Duplicator, etc. Please give those a try and let me know.
If six persons booked is it possible to apply a specific price ?
I guess you can create an specific ‘bundle’ ticket type. So for example: Individual ticket > 15e, 5 tickets pack > 50e, 10 tickets pack > 80e. Makes sense?
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions,

MemberHey Jim,
Strange to hear, this was working on your staging environment right? I mean The Events Calendar 3.12.3 with CE…
WP Router is indeed included inside The Events Calendar (that didn’t change lately), this page views weren’t logged in the past and they are now? Is this happening in the staging site as well ?
Sorry for all the issues here đ

November 25, 2015 at 12:23 pm in reply to: Events Calendar using same email template a Woocommerce Sensei #1030926Nico
MemberHey Chris,
Glad to hear this is being addressed by the Woo team đ
1) I notice that when a refunded order is processed the message âYouâll receive your tickets in another email.â Still appears underneath the order table. Can this be removed?
Not sure what you are referring to here. You mean a user purchases tickets, then you refund the order and in the refund email you see the “tickets” related text?
2) In your order confirmation emails when a product has been purchased you have the message âYour order is complete. Download your plugins atâŠâ at the top of the order. Can you let me know how to add this to our emails (also Woocommerce)?
You can override Woo’s emails as shown here: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/template-structure/ – Have you tried it? Maybe you’ll need to do so in a child theme of Sensei? Not sure how that works for Woo/Sensei.
3) All refund emails say âYour order has been partially refundedâ even when fully refunded â is there a way around this or is this a Woocommerce issue?
I’m mostly sure we are not modifying the refund email, so this is probably happening on the WooCommerce side. You can check so by disabling WooTickets and refunding the order. If you are not refunding all items in the order I guess this message makes sense!
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions on this,

MemberHi @tjkelly,
Thanks for following up!
The import should import the events automatically if it’s configured correctly. Please try to do a one-time import of those so we can see if it’s an issue with the events or an issue with the recurring import. Also please review the following articles to better understand how the plugin works, and how to configure it correctly:
- New User Primer: iCal Importer
- Running a one-time import with the iCal Importer
- Running a saved recurring import with the iCal Importer
- iCal Importer and WordPress scheduled tasks
Please give the on-time import a try and let me know,

MemberHi Robert,
Thanks for following-up! Right now the integration of our products with WPML is limited to The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. Barry suggest a possible solution here, basically to disable translation for the products post type. Not sure if that solution will work for your case.
If you think this a show stopper for your site, you can always request a refund via email to support at this domain within 30 days of purchase.
Please let me know if disabling products post type translation makes the tickets from work,

MemberHola Antonio,

MemberHey Ameet,
Thanks for following-up! Just wanted to check if in your case it related to that setting, but it doesn’t seem to. Not sure, maybe some global value is interfering there. I’ve logged this bug, and mostly sure it will be fixed in the first maintenance release as the next release is already in QA and coming out really soon.
For now please try adding this snippet to your functions.php file:
/**
* Remove limit on number of posts to show within the ticket orders screen.
*
* @param WP_Query $query
*/
function fix_orders_query( WP_Query $query ) {$screen = get_current_screen();
if ( $screen->base != 'admin_page_tickets-orders' ) return;// Is this the query we're looking for?
$type = $query->get( 'post_type' );
$meta = $query->get( 'meta_query' );if ( 'tribe_wooticket' !== $type || ! is_array( $meta ) || '_tribe_wooticket_event' !== @$meta[0]['key'] )
return;// Meddle once then never again
remove_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'fix_orders_query' );// Remove any constraints on the number of posts to return
$query->set( 'posts_per_page', '-1' );
}add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'fix_orders_query' );
Give a try and let me know,

MemberHi Diana,
Thanks for reaching out! Hopefully this can be configured in the ‘Community Settings’ in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Community > Members. There you are able to allow users to edit and/or remove their submissions, take a look: https://cloudup.com/ctm2AX2CAhV.

MemberHi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue! I’ll help you figuring out what’s happening here…
Lets start by testing for conflicts, Can you please follow the steps described in this guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Also, It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Please let me know about your findings,
Best,
